I was not happy with my premium increase due to being a low-claiming client. Called Miway and explained this to Themelo. To my surprise, he was extremely receptive and equally helpful. Not only did I get my premium reduced, I also got comprehensive cover on my son's vehicle at this reduced premium. Wow! Miway.....all the way!!!! Regards Magen
