I’ve app**** for a visa at the DBN branch on the 20.04.26. On the 04.05.26 I received an email stating the following : Processed visa application ref no.DUAC/200426/0005/01 has been received at the Portugal Visa Application Centre where you app**** and is ready for collection. Now when I email them to ask if it’s going to be couriered (as I chose this option) or should I come through and collect, I’ve been given the run around for the past 2 days. Eventually, today, they advise that my application is still at the consulate. So why the heck did they send me an email stating that it’s ready for collection? 😡
Customer service is not existent. You place big delivery orders and suddenly the system is offline. That’s absolute BS 😡. This company needs to catch a wake up.
I placed an order at 08:18am and over one hour later, they didn’t even start shopping yet. So damn patethic. Can’t honour your one hour promise.
I absolutely hate this place. You accept an order and process it for over 10 minutes - doing God knows what. Then out of the blue the order is cancelled, no reason provided. I will never support this establishment again.
PnP, you’re not even worthy of this one star. I tried to place an order this morning on ASAP through Cornubia and Crescent - but delivery is only after 1pm. Which is absolutely pathetic. Guess what , I went to your competitor , and they’re delivering by 9am - AND they’re cheaper too. Thanks to your horrible customer service , I’ve now moved over to checkers.
Your waiter Gerard from the Gateway branch is rude and arrogant - & speaks over your customers. It is because of him that I’ve rated you a 1 star. Otherwise, I absolutely love mugg and bean.
Because PnP Cornubia did not have any cards, I made a special trip today to the crescent branch. And what do you know, they don’t have cards 😡 … I want my 6 packs that I qualified for today, as well as for the 10 packs I qualified for about 2 days ago. Rest assured, I will be posting a negative review all over social media. People are willing to support this promotion but PnP is not holding up to their end. I want this sorted ASAP.
It took some time for the bank to get back to me, but I’m glad that they called. Now, I’m just awaiting my refund.
If you’re ever considering buying a Stanley cup, please do not buy from Makro. They are selling **** ones. I wish I could add the pictures to show you.
If i could give a zero, i would. Slow! Slow! Slow! Everything is extremely slow - customer service, delivery and responses to queries. I wish companies would stop using Skynet and switch to The Courier Guy.
