Very professional
Very professional. Understood what was required. Offered several solutions and identified the best option immediately. Understood their product and was able to fit exact need of the patient. Very friendly and helpful. Showroom was excellent 👌🏻. My Dad has a hearing problem and Lourens and his colleague ensured that they made eye contact so that my Dad could lip read what they say. Its been a very long time since we had such excellent service. We will recommend their business any time. Thank you 🙏🏻 very much. Casper, Susan and a very satisfied Dad.

Viagogo's scam
When booking an event on the Internet, please make sure you are on the correct website. I did a booking over the weekend and while I was busy, the website was hacked by Viagogo (rerouted the site). It is an International company that sells tickets. They buy cheap tickets and then re-sell it after they added lots of value. They billed me R825 for a R160 ticket. What Viagogo does, after they hacked your booking, are they draw the final steps of the transaction, off the Internet and you still think you must continue to get to the final approval, but that does not happen. Your account is debited in Euros and only after a few minutes you receive the email with the last part of the info confirming your booking with no option to approve or not. If you then contact Viagogo and said that is not what you originally booked, they just say no refunds or cancellations are allowed. Next thing they send you the tickets and the value on the tickets are R160 while they have billed you R825 per ticket. To me this is a scam and I am in contact with my bank regarding this. So please be warned and remember the name VIAGOGO.
