This is a ****. they take your money and then postpone the event, promising to pay you back. but then never do. There are many that have the same issue
I think you guys really need to do better with your quality control. It’s the 3rd time I have gotten hair in the food you serve at your deli’s … you really need to relook at training because “these things happen” is not a valid excuse. I will never eat from your deli again, and I suggest anyone who has to take a proper look at your food, most likely has hair in it.
Like many others, I am experiencing significant issues with this service, particularly regarding the inability to unsubscribe. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in canceling my subscription, and my account continues to be charged. Although support has advised me to check my spam folder for the unsubscribe confirmation emails, I consistently receive all other communications from them—including support emails—except the ones required to complete the unsubscribe process. I have attempted to unsubscribe on several occasions, yet I continue to receive unhelpful responses that simply redirect me to the same page within the app. This ongoing issue is both frustrating and unacceptable.
Worst experience! We bought a new stove/oven from Makro on the 28th of July 2024. When it got installed though, the electrician found that the stone/oven was faulty. We phoned Marko who was not helpful at all, but eventually said we had to get a COC for the gas, which still didn't mean they would replace it. I am typing this on the 8th of August 2024 and we have yet to be helped! We have no way of cooking as we are without a stove, and they are pushing us off every time we enquire about it, saying it is not their problem. DO NOT GET AN APPLIANCE FROM THEM, FIRST AND LAST TIME FOR US.

After getting my order wrong, and watching a lady wipe her nose while wearing gloves that she was assembling burgers with. I find hair in my food! Save to say I'm put off!
We have been waiting almost 7 months to get a response from Telkom regarding our phone line... it is still not working, yet we are billed every month for it. I have phoned a number of times, either they never get back to us, or they send someone out to us, who tells us that there is indeed a problem and never returns to fix it. To top it all off, we dropped off a phone for screen repairs the end of April, we have heard nothing about that either, even though we have phoned through and gone in to the shop. No one has answers.
