Im deeply disappointed my Honor X9c fell, screen broken and I have to pay a sum of R1100 in order for it to get fixed. I NEED HELP

I would like to kindly request that future orders, especially underwear, be packed in bags that are not transparent. Transparent packaging feels uncomfortable, and discreet packaging would be greatly appreciated. I value your service and hope you will address this matter promptly so that I may continue ordering with confidence.
I lost my SIM card and I have a contract with mtn. I had to pay R150 for a sim swap. I'm highly disappointed and unsatisfied. I'm planning on moving once my contract is over. I also had to pay additional fees to upgrade my contract you just unacceptable.

I am deeply disrupted by the fact that Mtn softlocks my cellphone based on "incorrect suspension".
While there are plenty of till facilities in Checkers ,only a few tills are open to assist clients. This has been going on for weeks. Checkers Springbok ,Northern Cape what a waste!
MTN (whatsapp bundle) they deduct your airtime before using your bundles. Very unsatisfied with this service provider.
