Avoid Team Visas and Travel at all costs. A company that proudly claims they are “the best” completely failed when it actually mattered and showed zero accountability when the mistake came from their side. This is the kind of company that will happily take your money, overcharge you, waste your time, mishandle important documents, and then hide behind excuses instead of fixing the problem. When you are dealing with visas, legal documents, and people’s livelihoods, this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. People work hard for their money, and when you are paying for a service — especially something as important as visas and personal documents — you expect professionalism, urgency, and accountability. Instead, I was met with delays, excuses, poor communication, and zero sense of responsibility. I even overpaid them by R1000 and still received shocking service. Especially dealing with Michelle was incredibly frustrating — very unprofessional, extremely slow, and constantly full of reasons why things can’t be done instead of actually fixing the problem. Every step felt like a fight just to get basic updates or action taken. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust them with your documents or visa process.
Don't believe the new data contracts being offered!!!!! Get a call from one of Vodacoms consultants, he tells me that they have a very good data plan for me for 24 months. Doesn't explain the downfall of the contract and I agree to take it just to cancel it 3 days later after speaking to another 2 people regarding the contract. They offer 10G or 20G data plan that you can use anytime, sounds good Yes for a good price too. But they leave a lot of detail out regarding the terms and conditions of this contract. When I spoke to the last consultant to cancel I could hear I was not the only one that got caught by Vodacom. Dont be fooled by the Consultant telling you that you able to transfer this data to any of your existing contracts cause that's a lie. I have been a Vodacom customer for as long as I can remember and this is the service i get. I would not buy anything offered by Vodacom again. I cannot emphasize enough to all not to be taken for a silly ride on these Data Plan Contracts being offered.
Good day All, Just thought I share my experience I had at Vodacom shop at the mall in Louis Trichard. We renewed our contract and with this contract there was a gift advertised part of the contract. So we got home and found the gift not working. We went back to return it just to find out that if it's a gift you take it as is even if its working or not it becomes the customers problem and Vodacoms doesn't care according to the manager of the store. I would like to say to Vodacom that if you want to offer a gift with your contracts which is from another party, you need to let the customer know upfront that when taken you as vodacom dont take repaonsibiltity for it. I am very upset on how we we treated within this shop. We got the gift thrown in our face and been so disrespectful towards us from the manager of store and said vodacom has nothing to do with gifts and that's our lost and walked away. Vodacom get your contracts and facts together before offering to clients cause this is a load of nonsense how you guys treat us as customers, I have been with vodacom for more than 15yrs and some of my family as well but I can guarantee that I will be cancelling all my contracts and move to a service provider who will be able to treat speak and assist their customers. " Who ever hired the manager of this store really needs to get rid of her the way she handled and threw the stuff in our face she need not be in any Vodacom shop to represent Vodacom and speak to clients in that way. I hope that everyone who reads this to please make sure that when taking a contract with vodacom that what ever extra is with the phone Vodacom does not care if its working or not and will not exchange or repair it. I suggest rather change to another service provider you will have a million times better service. Glad to say Vodacom sucks and bad with customer service, can not wait to move.........!!!!!!
