I have been in contact with a sales person by the name of Terrance Pillay for over a week. He has been giving me the run around about a new vehicle purchase. He has been leading me on that my vehicle has been ordered but no feedback even when attempting to talk to him. Today I had reached my wits end when I visited the branch and was he said he would be with me in a minute, I waited for over an hour and he completely ignored me the entire time thereafter. The least I am asking is a straight answer. If It can be done or not. I also raised with the manager Alison and was not much she could assist with either. I currently service my vehicle with them and will be definitely moving to anther dealership. I am very disappointed at the poor customer service and absolute disregard for a customer.
