Bad communication

I have bought a size 8 mens shoes for my son. They were delivered yesterday morning. He fit the shoes yesterday afternoon but they did not fit. I wear a size 7 and they do not even fit me. I have now logged 2 returns and stil have not received any confirmation whatsoever.

Payment for a parcel they do not have.

Ordered a parcel. Got the payment link from buffalo for vat and duty and made payment. Asked the supplier for updated tracking only to find out they are not the courier. Have spent hours phoning them sent numerous whatsapps about how they can let me pay for a parcel they do not have and I received this answer today. Good day, I regret to inform you that the parcel is not currently located at the Buffalo warehouse in China. Please contact your supplier for further assistance. Additionally, please be advised that the tax information has been updated. Thank you. So what now? I have to pay vat and duty again with the actual courier. These people still owe me a refund from October 2024. Ombudsman is my next step if I do not get assistance with both refunds.

Warehouse is 22 minutes away from me this is what they are telling me. After being told my parcel will be delivered today. 2025-06-12 12:16(GMT+2) Delivery failed. Site: MOO, failure reason：LATE LINEHAUL (MOO is Moorreesburg) Yet you state you do deliveries 5pm?

Makro not assisting at all.

I hvae waited long enough I want a refund. Order was placed on the 1st of September. I have asked for a refund on the 12th of September. This is from the chat with your agent on the 16th of September. Sibusiso Logan Gaula We can not provide feedback if the store has not updated us on your escalated ticket. request for cancellation was sent to the store to cancel and process refund... I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Not worth it

I have an order that was to be delivered in 2 - 5 days. I have contacted them numerous times asking for my order or a redund. I have been told that it would be delivred on Monday then yesterday I asked for a refund and again was told that its packed and will be delivred before end of the week (Friday). Now I am told that the store has not answered any request. How is that possible? I have all the screenshots!!

WORST SERVICE

WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER. EMAIL STATED MY PARCEL WOULD BE DELIVERED YESTERDAY. AFTER 5PM RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER AND THAT I WOULD NEED TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DELIVERY SCHEDULE.

Received an email on Friday Your parcel is on its way! Expect delivery today with the tracking number. Waited the whole day no delivery. Phoned and sent emails. Worst service ever.

DO NOT STUDY THROUGH THESE PEOPLE. AFTER REGISTERING IN NOVEMBER 2021 THEN PAYING IN FULL AND STILL NOT RECEIVING THE BOOKS AS I WAS TOLD I ASKED FOR A REFUND IT IS NOW MONTHS LATER STILL NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE. ON THE 5TH OF OCTOBER I WAS TOLD IT TAKES 7 WORK DAYS ITS THE 14TH OF OCTOBER TODAY ITS BEEN 7 WORK DAYS STILL NO REFUND. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE PRINCIPAL HELP DESK. I HAVE SENT A MESSAGE TO ROCHELLE AT THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT. NITHING. THESE PEOPLE ARE USELESS. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND ALSO COMPLAIN TO ICB.

So disgusted with you guys!! Ordered a package a week in advance to be delivered on Friday the 6th of May. Its Saturday package was not delivered and so I am being told the package won't be delivered over the weekend either!! Thanks for ruining what was suppose to be a gift for someone special
