So the story with these idiots begin 2 years ago when without communication they increase my Fibre package price with R200+ I then phone them to ask why i never got communication of price increase and after speaking to half of their accounts team i got nowhere so canceled service (month 2 month contract) After paying the bill for the next 2 months i get hit with lawyers letter for non-payment. I sent them proof of payment they again go quiet for 2 months thinking that they are settled i leave it alone. Then after 3 months i get hit with a cancelation service fee of R2000 plus router fee of R2000. I then phone them to collect the router and after months they finally collect it. Sent them email to confirm collect and nothing again. Had to install they ****pie Webafrica app to check account and it now just shows cancelation fee. In there fine print it states cancelation fee applicable if canceled within 12 months. I was with these idiots for more than 2 years and they didn't even do the fibre installation as i arranged it with Octotel so not sure what these idiots want to charge me for... Check Octotel's cancelation policy and nothing about cancelation fee send them the Octotel policy and ask for feedback as to why I'm getting charged after i arranged installation and only thing that they did was sent router...again nothing. Now tell me why I'm i getting lawyers letters from you idiots again for a service that go canceled because of your negligence to inform your clients of any changes apart from outages that can be checked on more reputable sources.
Worse repair partner all partner certificates should be revoked, car was sent for repairs to damaged rims and dashboard *****s was taken out not sure what the hell it had 2 do with rim repairs. Busy doing brake replacement and mechanics are shocked to dangerous repairs done 2 car. ***** that keeps the brake disk to calaper left out guys saying im lucky nothing serious happened. Not sure how insurance companies could be using these idiots
