Worst Customer Support
The only reason I give them 2 star is because there isn't a 0. Have been without internet for more than a day. Logged a support ticker more than a day ago and so far have been passed from pillar to post. From the one agent to the other. They asked me to send photos of my setup, which I did. And then they just ignore my follow up emails0 replies

No work completed and still charged. Promised refund but never received it.
I agreed with them on a development project, scoped it out, and paid the deposit after the project was agreed on. After missing several deadlines I spoke to their lead developer myself who admitted that they were never even briefed on the project. I was then promised a refund and months later I still don't have it.0 replies

Regus Business Centre fraudulent credit card transactions
My business rented office space from Regus Business Centre at Quadrum Office Park between March and June 2018 and I gave authority for the rent payments to be charged to my credit card. After moving out my credit card is still being charged... but for a completely different company's rent. I have raised the issue several times with Tyrone and Amanda from Regus to no avail. I just had the third unauthorised payment being taken from my card and can no longer see it as anything by theft / fraud.0 replies
