The only reason I give them 2 star is because there isn't a 0. Have been without internet for more than a day. Logged a support ticker more than a day ago and so far have been passed from pillar to post. From the one agent to the other. They asked me to send photos of my setup, which I did. And then they just ignore my follow up emails
I agreed with them on a development project, scoped it out, and paid the deposit after the project was agreed on. After missing several deadlines I spoke to their lead developer myself who admitted that they were never even briefed on the project. I was then promised a refund and months later I still don't have it.
My business rented office space from Regus Business Centre at Quadrum Office Park between March and June 2018 and I gave authority for the rent payments to be charged to my credit card. After moving out my credit card is still being charged... but for a completely different company's rent. I have raised the issue several times with Tyrone and Amanda from Regus to no avail. I just had the third unauthorised payment being taken from my card and can no longer see it as anything by theft / fraud.
