DAYLIGHT ROBBERY & false promsies
I was promised a deposit back of over R2000 after using their service just to find out the sales guy, Lerato Tsele, lied to me. Obviously this was merely just a tactic to get the business. I had a lengthy conversation within specifically talking about the deposit that will be paid back the following week. Not only was it not paid back but to top it off, somehow I now owe them money. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Veloshnee Pillay, claims that she fully investigated the matter and apparently they invoiced me correctly as per their companies policies and procedures. So be careful of ever using their services, as the sales guy will talk rubbish in your ears. It also seems that I am not the only person that has had this experience with them after reviewing all others clients negative reviews on this site. I have requested the marketing director as well as the CEO to contact me directly to sort this matter out, but I expect I wont hear from them either. After getting quotes from the various companies, I settled on book-a-bakkie due to the fact that were giving me the best rate considering I was made to believe that I would be getting money back after using there services.

Bad Service by Accounts Department.
Terrible service by the accounts Department. Quick too answer when i sign up, but never return their calls when i have an acount query. They canclled my account after i explained to them that i get paid o n the 7th of every month and that their payment would be late by a few days every month, they said it will be fine. Now they cancell my account even though i have paid every month. Over and above this, i get promised by numerous managers from diffrent departments that i will get a call back...but no ones seems to care!!!!
