this is the 2nd time money was stolen from our vehicle. i have been using this car wash since it opened. past Saturday we handed our car in at 11h00. we got the car back at around 14h00. only this morning we discovered that the money that was kept in the money glove box at the bottom right of the steering was removed. it is theft!!!!! you cannot help yourselves to other peoples property. as said we have been going there a mighty long time and never had the need to remove our valuables from the car. it is poor poor poor and I will make it my business to spread this on social media as far and wide as I can. VERY DISAPPOINTMENT
@Sanlam, So why do we have annuity and life cover with dreaded decease cover from SANLAM.They never honor any policy and turn down claims.I have both of the above for 20 years with Sanlam. I lost 100% of my hearing in my left ear and claim is turned down. Shame on you SANLAM
we visited the casualties at around 14h30 yesterday with my daughter whom required stitches in her chin. we were taken to the procedure room were we where seen by Dr Hein Kiesgeter. he did not bother to do a proper consult had a look at our daughter who is 19 years old and send us home without stitches only an ointment to prevent infection. this morning I had to bring my child to our GP who then immediately confirmed and inserted 2 stitches to her chin. we brought this to the attention of the casualties and wanted to report the incident. NO JOY, only to be called by an assisted that had all sorts of excuses and if we wanted a formal complain then we had to do an email to DR Brink whom is the head of that department. he will not speak to us unless we write an email first. what kind of medical care is this??? the way my daughter and wife was treated is totally unprofessional and not the level of service we are use to from Durbanville Medi Clinic.
