Complaint about La Pirogue Ballito
Complaint about La Pirogue Ballito I booked my December 2025 accommodation through bookings.com. On the bookings.com site the property. owner requested that an EFT payment be made to confirm/secure my booking. I made the EFT transfer on 03 November with the banking details that was provided by the property owner. The owner confirmed via phone that payment received and everything secured. Now they CANCEL my booking .and turn their phone to VOICEMAIL and NO REFUND! Seems this property owner is ****MING people so BEWARE!!!

Miway agents know how to perform good customer service. They were able to assist me in a very friendly and efficient manner. Service is EXCELLENT, the staff are AMAZING...
The agents are absolutely amazing and you are always treated like family. They are always so helpful and prompt in responding to your call or any query you may have.
