I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a refund that has been outstanding with WeBuyCars since last year. Despite sending numerous emails to their customer care department, I have not received any meaningful assistance. I have specifically attempted to contact Ms Shimone Maartens, who has not responded to my correspondence. Netstar has confirmed that the payment in question was made to WeBuyCars, and a confirmation email was sent to Ms Taeshane Govender. However, I have still not received any feedback or resolution. In addition, I have contacted the call centre multiple times, but each interaction results in a different reference number being issued, with no clear progress or accountability. I kindly request your assistance in escalating this matter, as I have exhausted all available channels without success.
Travel action took us to three countries in September (Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana). The experience was amazing and unparalleled. I would recommend to everyone. The tour guide from VR was aseome and literally took off all our needs. I am so convinced that I am taking the next trip with VR Travelcation. I have already referred all my friends and are definitely going to the three countries next year. We'll done VR Travelcations you have a client for life.

I have a 50mps line with Afrihost for bout two years or so. I recently received an SMS that I will be upgraded for two months for free as a result of the lockdown period. I called the call held on for 35 minutes spoke to Thabang call got cut and he called me back call got cut again and he did not bother. I called again and spoke to Godfrey and he put me on hold ...Im holding for 20 minutes as Im speaking. I think he went on lunch. I will be putting this on my twitter account but definitely cancelling. I have never missed any monthly payment. False advertising and shocking service.
