They can do better
The service is amazing! However they get a zero rating from me for offering Bidvest Insurance, that insurance company is a nightmare to deal with when it comes to claims. Audi must find a better insurer to offer their customers.0 replies

Worst ever!
Absolutely nonsense of an insurer! I made my tyre claim more than a month ago and still today I do not have a tyre. Emails go unanswered and the service is a nightmare! If you love your peace go somewhere else.1 reply

GO where you are valued cause it’s not at ABSA Activate
My absa activate app hasn’t been recording my rewards for the past 6 months. I first sent an email and it took them 3 months to respond to it, they fixed it and the next month it started doing the same thing. It’s been 6 months now emailing every week and no response. But they never miss a debit order!! Useless !!1 reply
