I never experience this with courier guy I received a message that my order will be delivered today I waited the whole day but they didn't deliver now when I check it says in transit

I made a purchase and returned the item since it wasn't for my car I received and email that refund has been credited to my account but there's nothing I contacted them several times no response I chose my refund to be credited so I can make another purchase
