Langlaagte Testing Station
Worst service , well most government departments have the most poor service. We went went to request a copy of our vehicle papers. 45 Days later no feedback. We went back to the license department but they tell us to call before we come to confirm if the papers are ready. Not a single number provided gets answered.

Telkom agents suck....
Pathetic service from the below Telkom agents and no feedback from their so called managers. Had to log two cases for an incorrect amount on my statement after the 1st case was resolved with out any feedback or refund, they decided to log a new case as a follow up, the Telkom agents cancel the webchat while we busy speaking and the agents over the phone put me on hold for over an hour [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] Khanyisile Feli Sanelisiwe Petr Buthelezi Pinky Hadebe

Useless Telkom Agent Service
The Telkom support agents are pathetic, I logged a case with them due an incorrect amount on my monthly statement, Telkom resolves the case and does not refund my money, I call the agents requesting an update, they cannot provide an update , instead they choose to log another case, the second case they logged, has not been resolved. 20days after the case was logged I'm still waiting for feedback, the agents again tell me that they will add notes to the case, I get told there is no manager at the moment so I cannot escalate the matter. Great Service from Diesel Torque Components and Marlon Abrahims
I been dealing with Marlon from Diesel Torque Components for about 5 years now, Marlon Abrahims always goes out his way for his clients. Not once did I have an issue with any Truck parts that I have ordered from him, I would recommend his services to anyone that requires Truck spares.
