Please assist Absa want to repossessed my car tomorrow 13 Feb 2025 because I didn’t pay their insurance which they didn’t even inform me about. And now that insurance is added to my vehicle finance. How can an insurance be added to my vehicle finance? Insurance is a month to month thing, if you don’t pay there no cover for that month. And the guy who want to repossessed showed me that ABSA system wants an instalment is R8k while the actual debt/instalment which is going through my account is R6k I don’t even understand why one company will have different records of my instalment because I even called the call centre and they are confirming the R6k that I’m debited every month. Last week we agreed that I will pay the instalment plus 70% of the outstanding debt on my pay day the 25th January 2025. But for some reason that I don’t know today they called and said tomorrow I must pay or they take the car.
Miway is a ****, since 22 November 2023, I was involved in a car accident with 2 other cars. My car was in-front Car A, miway client’s Car B was second and Car C was Toyota and it was last. My car was knocked by miway client. But now my miway is saying I can’t claim from them even though their client’s car is the one who knocked my car. They say I should claim from the car C the last car that didn’t knocked me while they also claiming from the same person since the guy knocked their client. They keep lying that they will look into my case, is being 4 months, no call, no email, no communication since they said their client is not responsible. Please help. Unfair treatment, on the 22 November 2023, I was involved in a car accident with 2 other cars. My car was in-front Car A, miway client’s Car B was in the centre and Toyota Car C was back/last. My car was knocked by miway client regardless of who made miway client to knock my car, my car was knocked by miway client and If she was following the right distance (claimed by her insurance miway) she wouldn’t have coiled with me after she was knocked by Car C, like I didn’t knock the car which was in front of me. Till today my sister has not been paid her December wages, and Pick & Pay is doing nothing to help her and other employees. how can one survive for two months without a pay, how will she pay her rent, school fees for her sons, food etc. And they don't care how she managed to come to work everyday even if they didn't pay her. On the 21st September 2018 we experience a very bad bad service from Greyhound Dreamliner, I couldn't believe it if i was not there that Greyhound offer such a poor service to their customer, we waiting for their bus from 16:00 O'clock and our departure was 19:35, the bus never come to Shell Ultra city on that day. We had to call greyhound call center around 20:30 and ask why is the bus not coming and they told us that the bus is already in Joburg park station and we were so surprised that how come it didn't come for us since our tickets showed the departure was from shell ultra city at 19:35 . The call center guy returned the call to alert us to take any Greyhound bus from Pretoria to Johannesburg park station and our bus will be waiting there for us. To our surprise, when we reach the park station the bus was already gone. Worse part we booked 9 seat on business class and 1 on a normal coach, their business class have 12 seat so how come they live 9 people behind unless otherwise our seats were sacrificed for other people in the form of bribery or your system double sold our seats. And the treatment we received was bad, where no one wanted to listen to us or organize us other bus. first to failed to fetch us from Shell Ultra City Midrand, secondly they divided us in to two groups, thirdly the bus they divided us into were in a bad condition where 3 of our members got flu along the way and we incurred other expense by taking them to the doctor when we arrive to Durban, fourly they haven't responded to our email for refund since Tuesday and also a guy from Park station emailed it on his side since we lift a copy with him on the 21st September 2018, this means they double sold our seats with purpose of again more money with our seats. I rest my case with capitec bank, they continue with their incapable to resolve clients issues. last month i transferred R3000 to a person who was not intended to because i didn't know her surname. I immediately called capitec after realizing i transferred the money to the wrong person, and they manage to hold the fund. the following day i went to pan Africa branch to check or ask the way forward, the branch said i should waiting for 7 days while they try to got hold of the client. after 3 to 4 days they sent me an sms saying the case is close since they can't get hold of the other client. so i went back to the bank to understand why is the case closed while i didn't get my money back, and they told me there's nothing they can do, I must open the case against this person i transferred money to. How possible is this because i don't even know this person and case for what because this person didn't do anything wrong, he/she is just unreachable. Why can't you reverse my money since the client is not answering the phone. I want my money.
My wife had unauthorized debit orders in march 2018 for R6000 in one day, they debited R3000 & R3000. Till today capitec bank haven't refunded her & they say there's nothing they can do, we have to open a fraud case with the South African police service, which we did and they told her that the bank must investigate and refund her but capitec is doing nothing. DON'T TRUST CAPITEC WITH YOUR MONEY GUYS!
