Incompetency on another level!
We opened a business account with FNB and we are still waiting for a business card 2 months later, we are no told the account is handed over to attorneys for R 245.00. I have for the life of me never experienced so much incompetency. Absolutely pathetic

It's impossible to get a vehicle loan for a startup logistics company even if you have enough money to buy the vehicle cash, absolutely pathetic service from Wesbank, I will cancel my FNB account and move to Nedbank

FNB get a new courier
Bad service, I think FNB needs to review their courier company. Received the sms confirming delivery for Monday waited the whole day and no one delivered. Phone CCD couriers and they lady told me they did not try to deliver and delivery will only take place on the 23rd. Well FNB if that is the case, it will take 2 weeks for my bank card.
