Moving into Birchwood Village was not an issue and once you are inside its hell whole, with Thabiso Makgalamela's ([email protected]) poor maintenance skills and people skills. On exit trust me you won't get your deposit back because they will use for maintenance which was never done while you were in. Please note that IHS Property Management and Zoey Forbay ([email protected]) are crooks and anyone who wants to buy or rent in Birchwood Village in Chartwell don't waist your time and money!!!!!

Moving in to Birchwood Village is not an issue and once you are inside its hell whole, with Thabiso Makgalamela's poor maintenance skills and people skills. On exist trust me you won't get your deposit back due to maintenance that must be done with it. Anyone who wants to buy or rent in Birchwood Village - Chartwell don't waist your time and money!!!!!
