The after sales service from the call centre is pathetic. Be warned!! The ear does not know what the hand is doing there, no feedback and they ***** your money with deductions after the last agreed debit order.
Easy access, convenient, has a delivery service and a stunning gifts and deco section. Safe parking too. Friendly service.
I am so happy with the friendly and knowledgeable service. Open 7 days a week and well stocked. There is something for everyone even gifts and home deco. I love the leather bags!!!
The staff at Midstream pharmacy makes everyone feel safe and respected. They are always ready yo listen and to give advise. Such a professional, kind bunch of people. Its not everywhere that you find staff that is patient and sincere with the elderly.

The gym area is clean and spacious staff is friendly equipment is new and accomodating, lovely for small persons who normally battles on the bigger conventional machines. The sanitary equipment in the ladies toilets have never worked since I joined the club I dont think they get health inspectors that check those things.Everything else is good and plenty parking.
I am still feeling sick after cutting into the burger patty I ordered, I don't know what it was that patty was made of but it was not meat. The mushroom sauce was lumps of I don't know what. All I ate from a R75 meal was half of my potato. Never ever again. The only reason I paid for that meal was because the waiter handled it well. That young African male is too good for that establishment,his manner was appreciated.
I took an hour on a call with Discovery Life call centre to apply for a life policy, then the medicals which was fine. My disappointment is that they assured me that everything would be finalised by month end, they had a few weeks to do everything, I canceled my other life policy as I was assured that they had everything they needed from me when I came back from holiday to my shock my Vitality was canceled, the gym deducted 993 instead of 378 as per instruction from Discovery, what's more is that I am now UNCOVERED TOTALLY. I have made SO MANY calls to Discovery life this week from MY cellphone, 4 agents and 1 manager promised to get back to me to sort it out it is a week later NOT 1 person has called I AM STILL NOT COVERED. ##bottom line... They don't care about you, you are just a number, you can die and leave your family uncovered they don't care. I should have stayed with Old Mutual and never have made this move. Bigger companies are not always better they sometimes just have better marketing in my opinion. I am so disappointed and so disgusted I would never have thought that I would get this level of service from Discovery Life. The excuse about a form that was outstanding (that they never even told me about) and that the broker had gone on leave is supposed to make up for the risks that I am facing. ***People this is your life, think well before canceling your current policies.
I have made 5 attempts, drove in, phone calls and emails to FNB regarding a particular query /assistance I needed. Up to date I keep running after them I have received no phone call or email. Once they have your business they just don't care, this is utterly disappointing to be treated like you are just a number. What happened to treating you like a person, what happened to service.
