Shocking service and completely *********** staff. I spoke to someone named Thuli, who was rude, sounded half-asleep on the call, and then hung up on me. I was also suddenly told I need to pay a R750 call-out fee. Thuli said the team would only be dispatched once this fee was paid, but could not provide any time for when they would arrive, instead expecting me to be available for the entire day. Based on the number of negative reviews about this company, I have very little confidence that anyone will actually show up, or that I’ll be refunded the dispatch fee if they don’t.
Location: 5 Woodlands drive Yesterday, 2 August, I interacted with a staff member who claimed that his name was Carl. He was DISGUSTINGLY rude to me, raising his voice and using an aggressive tone. When I asked him to call his manager, he rudely said that he was in fact the manager. When I asked for his name, he would not give me the information, and eventually told me his name is Carl. I have never been treated so poorly at a Seattle branch before, and I am shocked at the attitude this guy displayed to a paying customer. I work in the office park and will never go back to this store again.
I am on contract with MTN. After my experience with their incompetent call-centre agents, shoddy supervisors, and their lack of accountability or care on their social media channels, I have decided to end my relationship with MTN once my contract expires. For the past month, I have been pulling out my hair in an attempt to get a simple document from MTN delivered to me. I have dealt with numerous incompetent call-centre agents, who have consistently sent the wrong documentation through to me. The last correspondence I had was with two ineffective agents: Lundile Gumbi and Nonhlanhla Hlengwa, and their supervisor Nirvana Ramburai. Nonhlanhla did her job so half-heartedly that she wrote down the wrong information for my call, and lied about not receiving documents from me, even though I sent them to her email address, which she has responded to. I am STILL waiting for the documents, and no one seems to want to assist. I am so frustrated by this disgraceful service and the way in which my complaint has been handled. Do not expect great service from MTN ! Hoping that Vodacom is more efficient.
