I had ordered Mochachos Overport for the first time since they had reopened. I am so disappointed because the food was all incorrect. When I called in to let them know, they went back and forth trying to understand and make a note of what's incorrect. Staff are very disorganized and confused. Very disappointed.
I purchased 2 x 2L Orange Grove Dairy Milk inDecember 2021. I called in to complain that the milk has turned bad on 29.12.2021 although the expiry date was 30.12.2021. I was told that someone will come in to fetch the milk and replace it. I was asked to keep the rotten milk in my fridge until someone comes in. I called on several occasions during the past 2 weeks and nothinghas transpired to date. How does Orange Grove Dairy expect me too keep the milk for so long, knowing it is gone bad?? This is unacceptable coming from a well known brand.
I went to the Woolworths at Westwood Mall on the 30th of December. Shopping around, I picked up a dress that I liked. It was a sale item marked at R140.00. When I got to the till point to pay, the cashier scanned the item at R430.00. I showed her the marked price and the manager was called to assist with the matter. The manager very rudely said “oh we can’t give it to you at the marked price because it’s wrong”. I asked how can it be a wrong if that’s the price on the tag. She insisted that her staff will never make such a mistake and it’s probably a customer to pulled out a price from another item and put onto the item I picked up. She eventually said to the cashier “oh give it to the customer at R140.00. It’s not our loss anyway. Cut the tags off the dress and then give it to her.” I had 3 employees from the store, handling the dress to pull the price tag out, cutting the size tag and washcare label out the dress to make the item won’t be returned. This is totally unethical coming from a major chain store.
I have been trying to call on several occasions and although people are working from home, no one seems to answer any calls. Very unethical. I have been experiencing some problems with my service I had purchased R200.00 airtime but I was recharged with R95.00 airtime The next day I bought R15.00 airtime but was recharged with R10.50 airtime Today I had purchased R60.00 airtime and it recharged me with R30.00 airtime Immediately after that I had purchased another R20.00 Instead of having a total of R50.00 airtime, I had R25.00 airtime It makes no sense because I had data every time I recharged and made no calls MTN need to get back to me ASAP
I went to Nu Metro Cornubia on Friday night for a 10pm movie. The service was poor. When we got there, they were already packing up all their popcorn. The staff weren’t helpful and when the lady had answered a question of ours, her tone was so inappropriate. The popcorn that we had ordered was stale. The staff just wanted to go home instead of serving us or helping us. This was my first and last visit to Nu Metro Cornubia
I had visited the MTN Westwood Mall branch on Sunday, 28 January 2018 to purchase a new SIM Card. I have called 808 as well as visited the branch as my SIM Card was not activated after 3 days. After visiting the branch again on Friday, I was promised the SIM Card will be activated by Sunday morning as they had to process the documents on Saturday morning. When i was asked what had caused the delay, I was told that they had not processed the previous documents which means this was obviously forgotten about. This is not my first issue with MTN Westwood Mall. I have been having several issues with this branch and I have always put this behind me.
