Just a warning to anyone wanting to my an MG. We bought an MG ZA 1.5 last year. On 15 May I took it in for a service - I still dont have it back it is 2 weeks tomorrow that I have been without my car. THEY DONT KEEP THESE BRAKE PADS IN THE COUNTRY! The brake pads will only arrive next week Friday - 3 weeks after I took the car in. And there was an issue with the maintenance plan we bought. I would NOT recommend anyone buy an MG unless you dont mind waiting weeks for general maintenance and weeks for parts. And dont put in a complaint via their contact form - they keep contacting me to buy a new car - even though I explained what the problem was - they call me to sell a car to me. Unbelievable.
My frail mother had to go for an xray this morning. She is in a wheelchair and neck brace and cannot wait in line, I contacted Wilheheuwel branch and got hold of Lizette Botha. She is an angel. She could not book an appointment but helped arrange the paperwork and promised that my mom would go through quickly, which she has done. Lizette saved us and my mom so much stress and worry. This woman is an angel. For interest sake, I am a Customer Experience Manager for a large, international company - so I know good service when I see it. Drs van Rensburg - you can be proud to have such lovely staff represent your company. Thank you Lizette.
Telkom always gets bad rap! Today I logged an issue on their system. Got an SMS within 2 minutes to say someone would call. They did. Within 3 minutes. My issue is sorted by a lovely, friendly lady who was super efficient! Well done Telkom....
Rectron had to replace a machine that was supp**** by Cricut SA. Maria contacted me as soon as she got the information. She arranged next day delivery which was ontime and correct. I know millions of parcels are delivered daily but love it when the service is so good. Well cone Rectron and thank you Maria.
LicenseZA saves me such hassle and time. They are polite, ontime and remind me when I have to license my vehicles. Without them I would really be in trouble. Thank you LicenseZA for being so on the ball!
Unbelievable service from Takelot!! Yes they forgot to pack an item into my box but this compliment comes for how they handled things once I reported it. Ayathandwa took my call and confirmed a few details. She promised to get back to me today which she did. Takelot have offered to replace, refund or credit the item after confirming it was a packing error. For a parcel I received a few weeks ago already. AMAZING SERVICE. I am a Customer Experience Manager for a large international company. This is service. Well done Takelot.
Its very seldom that I get such good service that I feel I need to rate a company on Hello Peter. We bought a fridge from Defy via House and Home in Florida. Since we bought it there have been 2 minor problems - one with the water dispenser and one with a freezer drawer. Defy has sent out 2 technicians who were so friendly and helpful that I didn't mind the inconvenience. My dispenser was fixed first time and they replaced my draw without an argument. Well done Defy! Fantastic service!
