Useless Customer Service
Europ car is completely useless. I had another vehicle crash into the back of me 5 months ago. A month ago I was eventually told that the other party will pay the claim. I am waiting for the refund to be paid back to me. After 5 months now I have absolutely no idea when. The worst service. Worse than Government1 reply

Disespectful to customers

Claims absolutely useless
I had an accident 2 months ago, 7 weeks ago i gave all the details including accident report ect to tempest car hire. After 7 weeks they still cant tell me if its a successful claim. the other part is insured and they already recorded the claim on their side. Tempest car hire has absolutely no urgency and to be frank completely useless1 reply

worst service in the world
The worst most pathetic servive i have ever had with any company. 3 1/2 hours to get information how to activate a sim card they sent me. first 30 minutes delay between messages the an hour between the last 2 message. I have taken the sim and crushed it a complete waste of my time0 replies
