My stay for the first few days was pleasant in the dorms with 4 ladies mind u I come directly from cambodia upon booking again today someone how it shows fully booked in the female dorms but it's not fully booked we then wanted to book the family room which we were told was full no problem we informed the guy lungisi who was down stairs that there is three of us can he physically show us a suitable room for three females as they said dorms were full he did which was was a double room with a sleeper couh we asked him if three people can sleep in it he agreed we made payment for three days no issues today upon checking in we we were harassed now security been sent to move us from the room Lisa was very rude unprofessional and was disrespectful demanding additional monies yet she was not there when we booked the guest was not at fault we asked before we could book he agreed he also confirmed to Lisa that he did say we can use the room as three people but he didn't say we should pay extra fees so what is the problem why are we been harassed for additional fees we been harassed as guest yet we paid the staff is rude mind you I suffer badly with anxiety and depression it was a miscommunication with the staff now we been harassed people do their own nonsense here Check in and out when they feel like etc etc i mind my business I will not be harrassed for an additional fees I'm a grown women with two kids and I came here for peace of mind I'm very upset and disappointed you misinform us them demand additional fees sandton park in n out
Ngaze nga ne trauma so i went to black oceans mall harvest brunch and theres no steak as said the tacos are stale no crunch the chicken inside the tacos are bland there's no ham with g****s like in the video and I'm highly annoyed cause I'm here for the mimosas and it's terrible it literally tastes like box wine and orange juice I've been to both zai and platinum belt they cheaper and the mimosas are actually nice and the food never again like I'm so disappointed cause it looks so good and tasty in the pics a taco is meant to have that crunch like a chip

Good day I came this morning and spent less than a half an hour i was there just before eight and left at about ten past using about 500 in loss the loss is not the problem you guys sent us smses stating you maintaining on Saturday. Yet today we were disturbed by guys in blue removing us from our machines inserting stuff in the machines why was the casino opened and players allowed on the floor if machines are still been maintained if players are going to be disturbed and told to wait. Very unprofessional the machines were haywire today as you guys were not done upgrading but been greeding making us play loosing our money im not happy. My uncle is a partner in one of the leading casinos in south africa it is not professional to do maintance or upgrades while players are on the floor or stop them while they playing as we dont understand gaming world

Good day I'm very disappointed in fleur de lis spa costlands umhlanga you guys me and my friend was booked for a spa on Saturday 5 o'clock we did full body massage the brightening facial and I did a pedi she did a mani firstly when we booked we were not told or alerted that we have to book from the shower after everything as one would know after a massage one is very oily even if that's how you guys do it we were not informed so we left without showering secondly when we asked the lady at reception of we could shower she then referred me to a staff member who was zulu and because I also spoke zulu she felt the need to argue with me as a customer regarding the shower policy, last but not least my nails were pained which took literally years to dry I do not know if the cutex has been sitting long enough but my nails didn't set even after hours I eventually had to use my hands and my nails were all messed up and had to take it off all a waste of money I am not happy I will be sending a email to head office or where ever hello Peter and taking to social media I paid my money and didn't get what I deserve
