Disgusting Dante Personnel
I have been applying for jobs online. One of the recruitment companies was the said company. I am disgusted by the way these people work. They stole a reference on my CV, my previous supervisor, and offered him a job assuming that he has more experience. I was horrified when he called me confused as he is employed and NEVER app**** for the said job.

Mochachos Laudium, Disgusting service and poor food quality
Disgusting customer service from Mochachos Laudium. I ordered a meal on Uber eats with specific instructions. I also called the store to inform them that I have ordered and went through the instructions with the lady over the phone and she assured me that she did get the instructions and will make the order to my specific requirements. When the order arrived it was the complete opposite. I got in touch with the manager that gave me a whole bunch of nonsense excuses which im sure was rather made up. I cannot get ahold of head office.

PG GLASS MONTANA-BAD CUSTOMER CARE!
So appauled by the service i got at PG Glass Montana in Pretoria. I had an appointment at 12 to fit a new windscreen. I get there 15minutes before the time, the guy starts working on my car. Then the lady that works there says that other people were there before me. BUT, i had an appointment! My windscreen replacement was part of my insurance claim, but the lady working there insisted i pay an access of R1000!!!Which however was ridiculous after telling her i have a waiver. This branch is incapable and their customer service is pathetic.

McDonalds Sinoville!The worst by far.
On Friday night my husband and i decided to go to McDonalds Sinoville in Pretoria. Our usual order of double cheese burger regular meal with Spicy hot sauce in the burger. Staff refused to add this sauce for us and said the sauce only comes with a mcFeast spicy meal. The lady abruptly said that if we have a issue we can contact customer care and that she cant assist us. Mcdonalds Sinoville u will not be getting any further business from us. On Saturday, we drove to another McDonalds branch where they gladly assisted us with our request. Your customer care skills are pathetic.

Simply Asia Kempton Park
So today I decided to try out the much raved about Simply Asia in Kempton Park. Biggest mistake. The chicken bun was absolutely dry with literally a pea sized filling. It was not edible so I discarded it. Spring rolls was dry and soggy.. Yuck. And the corn cakes were soakrd in oil. What a waste of good money. It was a take away. I received no utensils. Sorry. I won't be. Back

Spur Kollonade Mall
So disappointed at how the levels of service at Spur has dropped. Everything over priced. Quality is disgusting. Service is poor. Today i had decided to order calamar ffom this establishment. What a disaster. You have lost a customer!

McDonalds Montana (zambezi) Pretoria!!! Rude customer service!
So disgusted with the customer service we received today. The place was busy so we used the drive thru. There was a guy standing outside to take our order. We put our order through and my husband requested spicy hot sauce on his burger. So when we got to the window to make payment, he reminded the lady about the spicy hot sauce because usually they forget. So she went to the back to confirm. A guy came to the window and said that the burgers has been made already and they can't do anything. In an EXTREMELY RUDE MANNER!!! Every one else there acknowledged how disgustingly rude that guy was. No customer skills. Pathetic. He did not even bother asking or finding out first. Never supporting that pathetic branch

Wok n Roll Irene Village
Yesterday my sister and daughter decided to visit the new Wok n Roll franchise in Irene Village. Very Disappointing. We opted for the buffet. Waited 2 hours for the food to arrive. Orders was messed up. Not everything that we ordered got to the table. Service was poor. Waited for our bill for 30min only to find out that the bill wasnt in the black book thingy when it finally came to us then we waited further for a bill.

Wok n Roll Irene. Poor and disappointing service.
Very disappointed 1st time customer. So the other day my daughter and sister decided to visit Wok n Roll Irene. Never have I been so disappointed with the service. We decided to try out the buffet. We waited around 2 hours for the order however the order was wrong and most of the stuff we ordered during the night never got to the table. Waste of R195 pp for what we recieved that night. There wasnt anytime you order more food because they were closing. Other people that came after we did, recieved their meals. Requested for the bill..it arrived after 30min..opened the book..no bill...waited 20more min for the bill. Very poor service

Poor Service
Well exactly a year ago I decided to purchase a 2019 model vehicle from this place. How disappointing..other places give u baskets..hampers..flowers..champagne..this place however just is in it for the money. No appreciation shown to customers that support their business. Next time il be supporting another brand.
