Good Morning Kindly note that my sister was Physically attacked, we we're all bul**** and sworn by 2 of your security guards on duty at Woodmead Retail Park the past weekend. We we're in so much shock and disturbed i cannot recall if the 3rd security also contributed in swearing. Kindly assist with the email address of where i can forward the whole story. We need to know which disciplinary action would be taken. We are tired of being bul**** by people because they believe to have all the power.
Hi. You know I want to pass by Maponya to get a few things but when I think of how I was treated the last time I went there I get mad. I really wish their stuff could get more training on customer service. I have never had a problem with Woolworths Sandton but never again will I shop at Maponya Mall. On the 8th of April I went to get a few things for my friend's birthday but unfortunately, I was overcharged. I then showed the lady who was on the floor whom I believe was a supervisor or manager. She then directed me to go to customer service. When I got there I got a shock of my life. The lady spoke in Zulu that I must be quick because she has knocked off. Shockingly I moved closer and as I was about to explain she repeated that I must hurry because she has knocked off. The tone of her voice is what made me even more mad. I then asked her why is she telling me that she has knocked off because firstly Woolworth is the one that inconvenienced me. I am also in a hurry but I was overcharged for the ice tropez that I bought and am still waiting for the lady to confirm the price. The lady whom said I should go to customer service was at that point there. She just kept quiet and did nothing. The teller went as far as telling me that she's done and was no longer there. I cannot begin to explain the shock I had on my face. So I get over charged and given attitude at the same time. The lady did not even have the name tag on. When I asked what's her name, she told me a Zulu name still with an attitude. So is this the kind of service that we must be given because the store is not at the suburb? Not even a sorry after you've inconvenienced me? Instead you mess up the rest of my day even further by giving me an attitude. Wow. I just wish the stuff can be provided with proper training because my sister also complained about poor service at Maponya Woolworths and she swore never to set foot there. Is it allowed to tell the customer that your done talking while they are trying to figure out why the attitude? Are workers allowed to work without name tags? Is the stuff allowed to rush the customers with attitude because they have knocked off? If you overcharge someone don't you at least apologize? You just give back the difference and that's it? So the supervisors or managers just keep quiet while that is going on? I really felt disrespected and the thought makes me sick and mad.
I am disappointed that one must struggle so much just to get hold of their stores. I tried calling Clearwater, Northgate, Eastgate, forurways and Maponya but no one answered. Eventually I was able to get hold of someone at Lenasia. I asked about a certain sale and I was told it's still on. So I drove all the way to Northgate which the website says they close t 17:00, to my surprise the store is closed. As if that's enough, I go to Clearwater and I get told the swimwear sale of an extra 50% was only yesterday. I told the lady that I was told it's still on but the lady says nope. So my question is that why is Miladys not moving with the times Do they even care about their customers? I'm gutted right now.
