I'm was lucky in getting Wisane on my query again today. Just to confirm that the information received from Keaogile last night was correct. Both consultants was super helpful and super friendly.
Once again I'm amazed by the friendly and efficient service that Wisane at One plan has given me today. I really love working with them and no issue is too big or small for them, they've got you.
I have been with One Plan Health Insurance for about a year now and I love working with them. I had questions about upgrading my plan today and got Sophie to assist me. She's excellent 👍 and answered all my questions 😄 I will recommend the health insurance as much as I recommend my bank good service deserves an excellent rating. Thanks to Sophie you are a ⭐
I had an interaction with Nicole Opperman on WhatsApp and was assisted promptly. I greatly appreciate the transparency and the help that was received because even though I understand a lot about insurance these guys know a lot more about their product and are always available to assist. The claims process is speedy with no hiccups and I favour referring other people to one plan.
I have had nothing but rave reviews from clients who has worked with Digital Support. They go to the ends of the 🌍 and back to please customers and shareholders. Kudos to Quintin and Alida any company should be lucky to have people like that on their teams ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On Wednesday 27th June 2018, we placed an order with Takealot mainly because the price they charge on the wanted item was R150.00 cheaper than the shops. Great we thought we get to save money!!! Ha!!! think again we paid with EFT but received an e-mail from them on the 28th that we have not yet paid even though we have proof of payment. this was e-mailed to them on the 28th and the reply we received was that it would be directed to the correct department and someone will get back to us. This response was sent to us by Radiefa Floris a whole 27 hours after the proof of payment was sent to them. No one bothered to contact us on Saturday the 30th of June so we phoned the call center on Sunday the 1st of July 2018 at 14:15 to find out what's happening I spoke to Jade who said that she would take the matter further and contact my husband with feedback on Monday morning. This did not happen either. I phoned them again this morning Monday 02nd July 2018 and spoke to Jessie Herbert who has been helpful to an extent but still answers are eluding me as to why my payment has never been allocated even though it was a direct deposit which they claim is not... it was apparently now done through a 3rd party which I think is total BS, and still the product has not been delivered. I do commend Jessie on trying to assist but seriously it's not supposed to take this long. when we bought a product earlier this year the payment was allocated promptly and the product was delivered the next day??? what's the difference now them?
Here we go again, so today the 4th of December 2017 and eventhought we have a payment arrangement that was made with a nameless consultant at the dpp department on the 23rd of November 2017 and the advised amount of R850.00 was paid on the 28th of November 2017 guess what my ****ing service is suspended again. I will say again I spend more time on the phone complaining about your **** service and the equally **** attitudes of the consultants that I don't have time to do what matters the most. I will continue complaining about this until someone actually sorts out the problem. I'm past frustraded with you. Maybe we should compare my telephone bill with the amount that is outstanding and start deducting the cost of phoning you for that amount. Assholes!!! ?
****it, I wrote a review on the 28th about my services that was suspended even after I made a payment. Guess what it's the 30th and my service was suspended again. Do you do this only with client's that actually pay. People once this account is paid up DSTV will never see me again spending hard earned money on a seriously **** satellite service is not what I call satisfying. You really have to up your game people if you're wondering why you have a bad reputation out there just read all the Hello Peter reviews.
Once again you guys amaze me with your pathetic service level! Not 3 days after we supposedly resolved the problem and another payment of R850.00 on 27/11/2017 our services are disconnected again. Its astounding how you've stayed in business as long as you have with absolute poor service that you offer. Tsk!!
