This was an extremely rushed no relaxing experience. It’s almost like a sausage factory. Over booked. Unfriendly the******s. It’s was my birthday and I booked for 4 people. We were split. Then they didn’t have a pedi station available to do our pedis. We were left in a waiting room forever until they could accommodate us. Part of our group finished 30 minutes early than us. Terrible experience
Not worth the money. The****** rushed through the massage. Got into the room at 6.15. Was out and in my car at 7.15. I was ****** of 15 mins. Only gave a poor 45 min massage. The****** spent 10 minutes massaging my temples. Really had no idea what she was doing. Used so much of oil. Almost like an oil bath. Terrible. Will not recommend at all.
Logged 2 claims with Auto and general. Neither have a resolution yet. I have been calling their call center since the end of September, Nobody there seems to know what they are doing. I was requested to send digital photos to a company call Straighthrough Procurement solutions who totally messed up my claim. I logged a complaint with Auto and general complaints department. They have ignored the complaint. I call the complaints department and was told that my complaint has not been assigned. This is 5 days later. I requested a manager to call me back on the 7/10/2025. Still waiting for Nisha to get back to me. Was on a call with Kirth Malan - call cut before my issue could be listened too. He didn't bother calling me back. Peggie Bapela was supposed to escalate this and call me back last week. Heard nothing back from her Spoke to Verlene Mashal who was going to escalate the matter. No feed back. Paushia Sibaya was extremely rude to me and refused to get a manager on the call. Long and short is that I had to figure out the the 2 claims were mixed up. They could not even pick up their own error. 13 days later my issue is not resolved. Happy for one of their senior managers to call me to discuss this and manage the the people responsible for this mess. The should look at another assessing company as well.
Pathetic service. requested pics of damage to vehicle and ignored the pics. Did not get back to insurance regarding assessment.
We dealt with Vuyie. Excellent sale person. Worked very quickly and efficiently. Very very impressive.
I have a red VIP package. My contract is due for upgrade. I have been try to do a deal match with Vodacom for the past 2 weeks. MTN's deals are much better priced. I am absolutely horrified at the manner in which I have been treated by Vodacom. I have spoken to at least 10 call centre agents, Too name a few : Tarita, Phiwo Njovane, Iyanda, Nolwazi Mazibuko. The worst service ever. Seems like Vodacom does not want to retain loyal customers. What shocks me is the fact that I have to call them everyday to upgrade. What happened to customer service, customer retention and good aftersales? MTN has been calling me everyday to offer me deals. I am not even their customer. The Vodacom call center has incompetent staff who are poorly trained. Please can you go back and listen to all the calls I made and analyze how poorly your staff communicate. They make promises and never get back to customers. Its definitely time to change. Watch how MNT takes over all your big contact deals. Too date I know of 13 people who have ported to MTN. I will be 14.
Very poor quality work. Second job I gave them and both times they messed up. Not much correspondence either. There’s a sale executive there Busi who is too busy to respond to customer emails. Sent me poor quality business cards. Made me pay for something that’s not readable. Total disappointed. These are their goal. To rеcоgnіzе thе customer’s rіght tо Quality, Ѕеrvіcеѕ, Τіmеlу Delivery аnd Соѕt (I did not get this) Τо ensure mаxіmum ѕаtіѕfаctіоn to thе clіеnt ( I did not get this) Τо continue tо mаіntаіn ethical prаctіcеѕ, lеgаl, social, pеrѕоnаl cоnѕcіеncе framework ( legal - un readable business cards can not be doing well with your conscience if you are true to yourself.) To еncоurаgе іndіvіduаl growth tо fullеѕt potential To mаіntаіn hіgh degree оf еffіcіеncу and аttаіn іntеrnаtіоnаl standards ( maintains international standards starts with customer satisfaction) I dont believe they will ever achieve these goals as they do not live up to their mission and vision. I am so upset and I have wasted so much time and money with this company. 24 hour printing you are a joke. I will make certain that no one I know uses you. You can also go ahead and read your review. They are shameful.
Don't ever use this courier company. They have no human s****s. Company driven by automated responses. Urgent deliveries will never be received on time and no customer contact on no deliveries made. I am so disgusted regarding their processes. Don't ever use them. You might miss a deadline cos they don't understand their own business.
Wow. The inefficiency of Vodacom's call centre agents. After giving the correct address 3 times. The courier company gets the wrong address and the wrong cellphone number. I did an upgrade on my number but an unknown number was given to the courier company. After many attempts to get the courier company I now find out that the courier company Ram couriers is just as inefficient as vodacom. They send out a driver with just a street name and no number. They are now waiting for the customer to contact vodacom and make queries about the parcel so that the customer realizes that there was an error from Vodacom's side and has it corrected. Crazy. VOdacoms entire chain is a mess. How do you even get the customers cell phone number wrong. What a joke. Unbelievable. Train your staff on listen and writing down correctly or maybe computer s****s. Shoo. I am in shock.
I am due for an upgrade. Vodacom deals were too expensive. Got the same deal Cheaper at cell c. Vodacom did a price match. However this has been going on for nearly 3 weeks. Was told that all was sorted and I would receive the device on the 6/10/2017. Nothing arrived. Then I called back. Promised the device on the 11/10/2017. Still Nothing. Nobody at vodacom speaks the truth. It's sad that they always make empty promises. So disappointed in then. Service.
