Absolutely fantastic locally owned business. If you have not purchased their products or visited their restaurant in Sea Point yet, you are seriously missing out. Even if you are not gluten intolerant you will enjoy every bite. And the high tea for two is a must!
I have been using this business for years and thought that it was about time I give a review as they have consistently given excellent service. I love their product selection, their speedy delivery and helpful customer service. The fact that they are a proudly South African business is a cherry on the cake. Thank you for always giving top tier products and service.
Farhana was extremely helpful with the issue I was having. She was very compassionate and considerate and immediately sorted out my issue. I am very grateful. Thank you.
I greatly admire and support everything Women for Change are doing for the women of our country. Every women should be supporting this group if they value their safety and freedom to live a quality life.
I am still in the throws, a month later, trying to get a response from RSAweb. This is the worst service (no service) I have ever experienced. I am now trying to cancel all of my accounts with them and they just block me. Each time I call, I am told I am speaking to the wrong person and then they put me through to another, apparently, wrong person and then I get cut off. Apparently nobody can help you with cancellation of a business subscription. Stay very very far away from this company.
I called Mweb on 2 Oct to change my service as I moved house. I did not want a telkom line so I enquired about fibre. I was told by the sales agent that there is no fibre in my area and there probably won't be fibre in the near future so the only service available(without telkom line) is an LTE wireless of which the router will costs in excess of R2300 plus R800 per month for capped. I obviously had to accept this as my only option. Today, 9 Oct, I had an mweb agent come to my house offering for me to sign up for fibre! You can imagine my reaction. WT.. I called mweb about this and was told that I can cancel my subscription of R800 as I signed up for fibre which apparently will be live by the end of Oct, according to the agent who came to my house. But I will still have to pay the R2300 odd for the router as I have already bought it. Yes, I did buy it, but I feel that mweb could have at least suggested that fibre will be live in my area soon and that I should wait. As well as the lack of information on the fibre, the router that I have to pay for is now being offered for free(as from Thursday 5th Oct) when signing up as an existing customer. Needless to say, I am not very happy with the lack of information provided and the lack of help and concern from mweb when I called.
