I have been tracking my Shein pick up for my return, and the tracking updates are false, as it says there were 3 attempts to call me, whereas no one called me. Can someone come and pick up my return.
I paid R2000 on the 240426 ,but I am still getting messages and emails of defaulting payments ,are our payments not being captured or updated,why the harassment???I am paying way more than the required amount but still get harraseed

I'm so annoyed being called by your agents regarding a wrong balance, my agreement is with Woolworths not with MBD, I currently owe Woolworths R6000 and I am paying Woolworths directly I even have credit, stop sending me links. Contact Woolworths for my updated balance, do your job properly. I can easily send you my WOOLWORTHS statement which has the correct balance. My agreement is with WOOLWORTHS not you.
The manager of Thandazwa at Vangate Mall should teach her how to treat customers as she has a very bad attitude,if she can't handle face to face interaction then she should work at the back,teach her not to assume but rather ask , Woolworths remains number 1 they should learn from them!

I am making payments and yet I'm receiving calls and SMS of sending sheriffs' and threaths,is there no management? because the agents don't read what was captured on previous calls that were made.I was called on the 26/01/26 for a payment I made on the 26/01/26.I have records of emails of the arrangement in place. What's crazy is that FNB is acknowledging my payments and Daly is doing their own thing. Its like there more payments you make,you are the bad guy,im even paying more than the R300 which is the minimum amount.Enough is enough. The agreement is with FNB and not Daly Credit! Do your job right.We do have rights and we are keeping our records.
KFC Vangate take accountability of your actions ,The manager can't even send me an email to apologise for the old meat I was sold, instead they are doing a run around that when they call me ,I did not answer,then they closed my complaint,yet I've given them my email.I want my money back!
