Had my freezer with them for 2 months. They were fixing and returning it every 2 weeks. They did not answer their phones to give feedback. I had to drive there and see them ignoring calls coming in. They gave a 3 month money back guarantee. I demanded my money back. They do not want to pay me back. I phoned head office to get my money. They promised to give me half of the money back. I have not been paid till this day. So my advice is to stay away from them. Very poor service.
<p>Telkom advertises the entertainment bolt for their clients on ADSL and LTE. This is advertised as the NETFLIX and SHOWMAX data supply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only after signing up to the entertainment bundle, Netflix and Showmax, I realised that the Netflix usage is coming from my normal LTE data.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom says it is stated in the small print T&C's. But on the normal page it states that the entertainment bolt on is for NETFLIX and SHOWMAX.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even after pointing this out to telkom, they insist they are not in the wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
