This company sells you stuff from Temu and is so sticky about their refunds. Totally ************! Will never buy from them again! Bad service! Feels more like a **** and answers your emails after the cooling off period!!!
FNB Premier Suite Not really what its cut out to be! After chatting to countless bankers, its apparent ....it goes from bad to worse. Extremely disappointed that my issue still hasn't been resolved. Reversal of bank charges on my premier for buying goods internationally. Did know that FNB can charge you for any and all transactions for any purchase including netflix, amazon or any platform that you use, but their pricing says that on the global platform you wouldnt be charged. Pathetic service. The last drone Makubu from the Premier Suite deserves an award
Here's what we need from a cover for our beloved fur children. When they fall ill and need immediate medical attention. I don't have to stress about being out of pocket. Dotsure is on point. Customer service, refund and package deliveries
Soliciting bank charges for transactions is just another kettle of fish. This is the third time this year, I’ve gone through this issue with FNB, but now you’ve taken it to a whole new level. I’ve purchased goods online and the funds came off my account immediately. A few days later, FNB put through two charges on my account R600 and made it seem like I had paid for those transactions. When I queried it and asked them to reverse it, they insisted that was charges for a transaction that I had paid for, but when the merchant banked the transaction there weren’t enough funds in my account. Am I supposed to pay for a transaction and then keep money in my account for the transaction to be debited again? Are you guys crazy??? Then, to add insult to injury, they debited my account with a further R150 as an ‘honouring fee’? Have you guys lost the plot. I have to say, R750 for for fees that are not mine to keep, is solicitation! You guys will not retain me as a customer. People out there need to know about how you handle business after chatting to too many of your bankers and phoning in to resolve this! No resolution in sight
Terrible service, no correspondence on goods ordered and refund time is poor to say the least. Goods were ordered on the 17th August and only after you order do you receive an email to say that delivery is almost 3 weeks after you ordered. When you enquire why you still haven’t received goods after a month, you receive yet another email informing you that it will take a further two weeks. After applying for a refund and paying into an absa account via eft, you get an email to say that you will refund your refund after 10 days. Are they leveraging people’s money for their own endeavors via a legal loophole. You guys suck, and I will inform my friends not to to use a service like yours. Pathetic!!!
FNB advertises for business registration and for 6 weeks no updates, no emails and their calls conveniently get cut off when you phone them. Not worth the effort. FNB used to be an outstanding bank .... your service has reached an all new level of bad!

Please never ever order from Import It All!!!!! Ordered goods from them on the 25th July and the order has been pending from then until the 4th August because they advertise products that they can't deliver. To say the least they cannot reverse their order thats pending on my account because they don't know have customer service to say the least. Now I have to go through the trouble of going into a bank branch in order to sort out my account because they don't want to dirty their hands to reverse the order. What a pathetic service!!!! Leave the importing and exporting of goods to professionals and not amateurs
Dotsure is definitely worth it for pet owners! Affordable and the benefits are exactly what they tell you it is! Had a claim processed after recently joining them and I no longer have to stress about unexpected pet bills! Thank you for the great service and friendly staff
