The manager lady looked us up and down and said she's busy with a client, none to be seen. The rest of the team were clustered atound the computer area enjoying a chat. I purchased a new tow bar and relevant electrics at DUNLOP ZONE in Tokai. After using it three times the electric connector fell apart. When I went back to show them the guy wouldn't even make eye contact with me, just kept looking at what he was doing, wouldn't answer me .... after a R5000 purchase, awful experience, keep well away.
6 calls to Discovery Banks phone number over two days, only get as far as entering my ID and the music that follows, no branches to visit and I cant find any email address. I'm going to cancel this card.
