Once again a down grade due to life changing circumstance was declined. My son has been on keyhealth since birth 26 years. Not a high claimer. Keyhealth hammers on scheme rules and is not willing to assist a long time member after refusing to pay his motorbike accident as a PMB. Keyhealth does not need members and is so unwilling to help. This leaves me no choice but to take the matter regarding the down grade and the refusal of paying a PMB to the CMS for further review. Please keyhealth is not what it used to be ..... rather go to a scheme that is there for the members and not one that is running treir members i to the ground in time of need, even if they have the auth to do the change. I will hsve tomove him which we were trying to avoid. But is left with no choice. I will also be cancelling my scheme with them as i can not be a member to a inconsiderate company
Please people think before you pay your more R99 premiums. Take a lot is *****ing from people as this dame or next day never apply. You will wait until you reveice yiur parcel and that is the end of it. I emauled them about this so may times and each time it is different story
Due to losing a job and have no income, keyhealth refuse to do a speciql down grade as many members i know have been helped with before. This is a scheme decision and was declined. After asking for a down grade due to no income. And not wanting to lose my medical scheme. This follows after a motorbike accident that is a pmb which they refused to pay. And i have yo pay out of my oen pocket. Please think twice before joining kryhealth as they really do not care abput the members. They would rather lose members than try to keep them as it seems they can afford to lose members and have more than enough money. I was told directly by one of the call centre agents to go to the ombud. Then maybe keyhealth will look at it. This is not because i want to... it is because i have no choice but to.... very unfriendly and not worrued at all to lose members. I dont want to lose my medical aid and asked nicely for a downgrade.
People mototpal direct rejected my review as i told clients exactly how cusomers is treated. They have a change details option when you call. But you van not cahnge a car. You have to cancel your policy to add a new car. They can not change the old policy.. you have to reapply an go though all the waiting periods again on a new policy. The staff is rude and if ypu tell tjem. Ypu might as well look into another co.panu. tjey are happy to send upu a cancellation form and even have the audasity to rhank you for leaving. Do they need customers.... who knows apparently they get enough money to pay staff without clients. Or that is what the staff thibls. When you get fustrated they get rude and try to get rid of you. You do not get service at all. Good luck
Membet are being penelized for 2025 claims. Medication obly pays every 90 days. Over rule doctors scripts.rve if youneed it. So my husband is obly gii g to sleep for 30 days in a 90 day period. Pay mt ass off on premiums. Must pay for a medical scheme and cash for monthly meds. Leavingmembers lufes in danger as they do not care about their members but is willing to pay thousands on sleep therapy ablndheart attacks.. As where members are trying to stay alive and only let scheme pay small amounts to help save them money. Leaving member in big ****. New members do not know about this rules as we were never informed about it. It is not listed or mentioned in keyhealth brochures or any information we have received from keyhaelth upto date. So thibk twice before you take a medical shceme..they are sharks.... my previius shceme paid for everything
Who and what give this bikes the right to drive as they please? Overtaking on solid lines into on coming traffic. Skip robots. Makes it a habit everymorning to skip robots. Ride contraflow into on comming traffic to pass cars. Its a wonder he is still alive. I wish so.eone would start to use their brains and start to see that thos all goes back to checkers and it is hurting your name. There is alot of checkers bikes in metro polices pound due to the drivers not even having licenses. Wow great checkers. This looks very good for your name.... fantastic....
If anyone wants to feel like villan for laying a complaint on a weekend. Please call the shop manager at Mayville Mall branch Alushka on a weekend. After telling her i am sorry for calling her saying i have a real problem at the store, on a Saturday and her day off, she said she will follow up on My complaint on Monday... great thank you no problem. Then I got a speach from her. Due to POPIA the store may not give me her number. I am disturbing her family time, and she has a choice to help or not help me. She then proceeded with. How would i feel if someone bothered me in my family time. To which i answered that in my job. I get contacted 24/7. And told her that het boss must call me urgently... guess what she ignored me.... ta da... She then told me she has a choice and dropped my call. How can a shop manage without a manager on a weekend? Is this the kind of service a manager is suppose to give clients... rude... dont care... whatever... ***** you you are a nobody anf i do not work for you.. .? Is this the way this company train the managers to act against/towards ciients? Is this client service? Dont they need clients to pay the staff? I dont even feel like supporting this company anymore even though i never got service like this. Why should i suppott a company that doenls not care about customer service or customers? People pls. Try not to support this company. If i got service like this. You may be next. There is alot of petshops with beter service... On Friday i hurt my shoulder becausr me as a woman had to take a 20kg dog food hogh of the shelf myself as the till attendant just looked and when i asked her if there was someone to help i only got an answwer with... in the back... great service... saterday i went back again as i forgot cat litter... 3 sitting at yhe till chattimg and guess what u had to wait for them to finish the conversation 1 st.... is that not reason enough to caal a managet and lodge a complaint????
Great service when tehy xall to assist. Then whtput nitifying you you premium goes up and you do not pay what you signed a contract for biy more. The you do inquities and dont get any feed back. Then your 5 years becom 6.5 years without you being notified. And again not the amount of years you singed a contract for. O dont think these peoplle can count or read. And breaks contract the further you go into business with them
Pathetic client service. Still n weeklater no reply as 8 was prommised. No parcel. As thwy are new to this and the board must 1st gather with customs to get parcels. My parcel has been there fot 1 and a half month. Np telephone calls are answered no emails arw answered. Great to do business with them. Maybe they should stop while they are "ahead" sarcastic. Dont think custums is made for this owner or company as they do not have any idee to do the job or release parcels feom customs. GOOD LUCK
O dear me. Gave this company up to 4 o clock totday to get back to me regarding my overseas parcels not being delivered. Very bad client service never gets back to you. Dont answer phones or emails. Is this company a ****??? Please if you ever have to deal with them good luck. No feedback. No telephone manners and no answers. Always goes around the bush. Fed up. Getting more help to look into this ****.
