The Service of this company is shameful. we paid for overnight service, and the service was 4 days delayed. They do not even answer their phone when you call. Bad bad service
What a bad service we received from this bus company. My kids waited for the bus from Cape Town To Delaryville on the 17 March 2020 for 2 hours at their Bellville pick up point, only to be told later that the bus has left them whereas they were there waiting for the bus. They do not even want to refund or rebook the kids on the other day even though it was their mistake. I would edge people not to use this bus company.
Last night I travelled from PE to Cape Town with my family. Around 10pm I had a tyre puncture and stopped at Riviersondered Shell garage. I didn't have a spare wheel as my spare wheel also had a puncture. On arrival at the garage we met some very helpful people who assisted us with trying to arrange a tyre. While we waiting we wanted to buy some food and also draw money to pay for the wheel. Got to the till, the card declined. Went outside to the ATM machine, message on the slip said institution not available. People are waiting for their money and I can't pay for food for my kids. Walked to the nearest STD bank ATM machine and it's out of order. Called the fraud line for assistance and I'm told that they are offline and I must just wait until they fix the problem. I was embarrassed, upset, tired,l cold and couldn't get food for the kids. People should think twice before opening a standard bank account as I did not get joy in there service in the most critical time
