Affordable. Not to user friendly but assistance is quick when needed
To get an appointment via the call centre or whatsapp number is a bit of a headache. The assistance at the clinic in Cptn was great. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Felt safe and comfortable. The nurse who did my procedure was lovely. Thank you
Had a family dinner 2 months ago at this restaurant, waited 20 min before someone attended to us, which was the manager on duty. She called over the waitress responsible/allocated for our table. She was very rude to the waitress in front of us, i felt very sorry and uncomfortable for this waitress, as the paying customer i feel this was uncalled for and unprofessional. The second visit to this restaurant was about 2 weekends ago, 22.02.2020. We wanted to watch the rugby and have something to eat. We sat in the bar area. Upon arrival, i started noticing that the barman and few waitresses kept taking smoke breaks at the bar where we were sitting, laughing and making jokes, throwing each other with sweets and drinking coffee or cool drinks but our table is waiting on a coffee. Service was slow. received incorrect food, waitress wasn't very helpful or apologetic about the mistake, we had to keep asking where is our waitress whenever we wanted to order a drink. when the rugby started the barman put on music on full blast. we asked if we could have the sound of the tv put on cause we wish to watch the rugby and hear commentator speak. Eventually after few times of slow service, wrong food and attitude from barman, we spoke to the manager, who was also taking smoke breaks on regular basis and having coffee with his staff at bar. Later the day the barman started pointing finger at our table and then the rest of the staff would look around and make comments and stare and laugh. this continued for several hours while we were there. the barman also made comments to the table close to us regarding the music situation and i called him closer and asked him why are they acting this way, we are paying clients and did not come to this restaurant to be treated this way and feel unwelcome. His response to us was that if we wanna make a scene we will not be welcome and will need to leave. i was shocked. the only people in this whole situation that was unprofessional and rude, was the staff in that smoking area and behind the bar. A gentleman sitting behind us also mentioned later that night that he also requested sound for rugby game, and they ignored him. we requested the owners details and left our details with the manager and we got no call of email from anyone. the manager gave us a very cold shoulder when we left. i will never visit this restaurant again or have anything positive to say about the restaurant nor refer anyone to go there for a meal. I really hope the owner hears about this and would address this matter with urgency and be understanding. this is the first time ever that i felt so unwelcome and belittled by waitresses and barman. i am much older than 19 years of age and feel there should be respect from all ages.
I ordered international beer, paid for it, and its not a cheap buy. Ordered on the 30.10.2018, early morning. Got confirmation that my order was awaiting shipment. On the 31.10.2018 i contacted the Bottleshop to find out when i will receive my order considering i have a important function with directors and clients and need the beer to be here before 12h00 on the 01.10.2018. The girl i spoke to told me my order will be delivered to me on the 01.10.2018 between 13h00-17h00 of which i was very unhappy about because i needed it for 13h00 for the lunch. i asked if i could rather cancel my order and have my money refunded and she said no we do not do refunds. So i made effort and arranged my lunch for the clients and directors for later the day after 17h00. At 16h45 i phoned the Bottleshop again to ask where my order is, the lady who assisted me said sorry the order will not be there today and we are not sure where the order is. And she asked who i spoke to the previous day and that whoever i spoke to should not have told me that the order will be there between 13h00-17h00 because the courier who delivers the order are all different courier companies and operate with different deliver times. I feel as client that has got nothing to do with me. Bottleshop staff gave me time and date for delivery and it never happened and now i have to hope i get refunded. Cause the lady told me she cant tell me when i will get my money back. i will never use this online shop again. There service is the worst ever! and the staff at your customer care needs proper training!
<p>since day one purchasing the vehicle from stellenbosch novel was an horrible experience, they lied about the color i chose for the car, i ended up getting a silver car instead of a light green car. all the extras i wanted on car and paid cash for ended up not being done as date promised and i got my car delivered to me with no extras. extras was only done almost a month later. the sales person never communicates with me, i have to phone him or message him and keep getting response about how busy he is, each time weeks or even a month go by before i get a response. they dont communicate among each other either in their office and i get phone calls from people saying we fetching your vehicle "thursday" then i get another phone call from the sales person saying we fetching your car "friday" they never stick to committed dates arranged. they deliver your car after fixing the isssues, and the issue is still there. my car has gone back to them 4times because each time the anti smash and grab keeps coming back to me with bubbles. i get message from sales person saying please leave the car in the sun so the bubbles can go away.....how unprofressional is that!! why give the client the car back if the anti smash and grab is still not 100% correct? when i ask questions i get response froms sales person saying i drove your car myself and there is nothing wrong with your car....yes your right because nothing mechanically is wrong with the car its the anti smash and grab and the window that keeps going down by itself and the leather seating you gave back to me where the stitching is loose etc. i got my car close to end december 2016 and to date i am still struggling to get the issues on the car sorted. i am now on my last nerve and so fedup with them being so unhelpful and unprofessional. i have not even mentioned half the of the other issues i have had with novel stellenbosch. i will never refer this company to anyone. i wish i could drop the car off at their office and have nothing to do with them ever again! im already stressing about the fact that i have to send my car to them for a service.....</p>
