There is no point in making an appointment, even for a check up. Currently been waiting for almost 2 hours to be seen for my scheduled appointment, which has been paid for 24 hours prior. Front desk reception mentioned when I arrived that there is only 1 person ahead of me. 4 people have since been seen. When I went to ask what the hold up was, I was told that there is only 1 nurse on duty. I’m still waiting to be seen, at this point

I received a 28 days notice to settle an account with this facility, and according to my knowledge I don't owe them. The last communication I had with them i was sent a statement which clearly shows that I don't owe them. Which was 2025/11/14. This utterly disappointing and vulgar.

The call centre booked an appointment for the 23rd January, the agent asked if I had any operation done recently and I advised her of my c-section that was done May 2025, so this was 8 months post c-section and she went ahead and booked for me for a surgical procedure(12-14 weeks). When I got to the centre in Ghandi Square, I made a payment of R6100 upfront, I then saw a doctor, she did a scan and confirmed that she cannot go ahead with the procedure because I had passed the 12 week mark, my operation is fairly new and that I have not healed internally. I was sent back to reception to process the refund only for them to tell me that they will only refund me R1000 back. I did not cancel the services, why should I forfeit the money. I called the offices to inform them about my experience and i spoke to a Natasha who was also under the impression that a surgical procedure cannot be performed if the operation is less than a year but said she would confirm with the clinical manager. I followed up after a week as i was not getting feedback and Natasha advised that they can do the procedure 6 month post c-section and asked if I would like to continue, obviously not because how do i have confidence in this organization when the entire staff doesn't know what is what. I expect a full refund because I shouldn't have been booked in the first place. I wasted my money and time. This organization and its staff have put me through so much emotional and financial distress. They promised that they would get back to me and after numerous follow ups, no one cares to get back to me.

Everything was charged she was told it will all cost R3700 to terminate but unfortunately when the checked the months were more ao they would couldn't proceed with the procudur3 She was done scan only and advised the money will be refunded scan is R1800 they only paid R450 did follow up still nothing All I want is the rest tR1450 that is outstanding ,and it seems like they not willing to and I have all the prove needed of payment Please assist they cant be doing this when they only did half of the job but took the whole money for everything I just want my refund back hence im the one who paid using my debit card

Went in to get a procedure at Marie Stopes Ghandi square done medical aid covered the payment of r6000 Was issued a receipt months later I get an email of an extra R 3009 now I'm receiving emails from a lawyer that they are going to put me on credit bureau I can't understand this extra expense
