Horrible service.
A waste of money. During the March school we spent the whole time with no internet. Now all of a sudden, it's gone again. No communication whatsoever, and they make you hold more than 20 mins, do not respond to calls. All they know is send statements. They even terminate services even if they debit on the agreed date.
