I have been waiting for the Kia Sonet CVT since January 2022 and I still don't have the car. Communication between head office and the branch is non existent. According to head office William is in charge of the Sonets and according to Allen (the manager from Hatfield), he does not even know who William is. They have told me so many times that the car is here, then I reapply for the loan, rearrange the insurance, just to hear nothing from them and then it turns out it was delayed yet again. The worst service ever from this branch. I would really rather go to any other branch in Pretoria, the other branches actually called me and told me they have the car for me and I can collect. But since I already paid a deposit, I am stuck with Hatfield. Can't wait to have them out of my life. Honestly has been a stressful 7 months and still no car.

Vodacom keeps calling us saying we need to migrate to another plan, we HAVE to choose from more expensive plans and we have no choice, either we choose or they choose for us. Apparently the reason for this is that they restructured their plans and all clients have to migrate to another plan. I asked around, and no one else I know with the same Vodacom plan has been receiving these calls. I signed my 3 year mobile contact about a year ago so we are not due for an upgrade and according to me, this is breach of contract. These people calling have access to all our information and they are highly unprofessional and they are bullying you to make a decision. Is this a scam? Why did you give them our information without consulting us? This is also a breach of the new POPI act. I want to know why our personal information has been compromised and why are these third party contractors, HIRED BY VODACOM, harassing us like this? If you force me to migrate to a plan I do not want, I will force you to cancel my contract via legal action. This is ridiculous!
Stay away!! They are extremely unprofessional. We had people come and do the paving and they asked who we bought the pool from because they did such a horrific job. Other contractors who did our bathrooms also asked because they too though it is poorly made. The sides are so uneven, they didn't buff the pool leaving us with white spots. The owner has a bad attitude and is not willing to take ownership for their poor workmanship
