Good day.. Yesterday I went to Foresthill Totalsport for an exchange and I was so disappointed by the staff members there : 1:No staff /security at the door I had to use sign language to communicate with the cashier as he was on the phone and assisting a customer in front of him. 2:Music was so high as if we in tavern. 3:When I get inside the store one of the employees was having pap and meat on the floor shop, like having lunch on the floor shop during working hours? That one took a cup never seen such more especially during working hours. 4:Now I'm on the que these cashier is busy dancing while helping customers no eye contact nothing as he was enjoying himself to the beat. The store was not busy but and Totalsport Foresthill needs to take customers and their jobs seriously. I work in Retail and I know what is expected from staff. Customer service training is needed shame.
I placed an order via uber eats and I received a wrong order, my food was delivered by Praise God. I have contacted uber Eats voa messenger and I was not assisted, I want my refund and it was first and the last time I used them, poor service from Uber Eats.
I'm very disappointed with mtn, around Jan 20 I've upgraded my contract to my surprise insurance was included with out my knowledge and I'm still paying for it. Tried several times to call mtn and insurance no one is helping me.. I want my refund and cancelation of insurance. I can't wait for my contract to end so that I can get another network.
Good evening.. Today I took my car to Toyota arcadia for repairs.. Dropped off the car at 8 in the morning before going to work.. All was well my service advisor was Eulanda and mechanic was Victor.. During the day around 13h00 i called to find out about the quote but i was told buy Eulanda that they still busy with my car. Around 14h30 i called again she told me they still busy. 15h00 the driver came to pick me up from work, i asked him if my car was finished he said he doesn't know i will get answers fro Eulanda when i get i get to the dealership.i told the driver i was not happy since no one contacted me about the quote or update. On my arrival i was told to sit the advisor will be with me shortly. There advisor saw me but still she ignored me.. I ended up going to her desk. I asked her as to why she didn't call me regarding quote or update me, she said she was waiting for Victor to update her. She then called Victor. Victor said he was still busy with the car which he was lying because i saw my car the minute i arrive at the dealership. He went out fir sometime, after 29min Eulanda comes to me and she said Victor is calling me. To my surprise i was taken inside the workshop were they fix tge cars and theres a sign clearly state "no customers allowed". I went in the with Eulanda we found Victor.. He said he wanted to show me what was the problem with my car.. Victor was busy pointing underneath the car.. I said i dont understand a thing about cars why showing me all this things. To cut the story short my car was not fixed and it was around 16h00.. Since 8h00 in the morning.. Im not happy at all.. They didn't even show or say they sorry.. Im so disappointed and angry, They're so unprofessional.. Poor customer service from both Eulanda and Victor. Toyota Arcadia kindly address my issue.. I will wait for your feedback.
