On the first day I phoned Brian already came to my house to take photos. His team is professional and I had about 5 different agents bringing people to my house. When we received an OTP everything went smoothly and on the agreed timelines. I will definitely make use of their services again

Honestly very dissapointed. The staff has a no care attitude. They have a generator that runs 24/7 which is really loud.
I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. I cancelled my discovery and told them to keep my vitality. They cancelled both my medical aid as well as my vitality even though I have life cover with them as well. I have sent emails to fix this. Today I went a step further to phone them and went thtough all the voice promts. Eventually they transferred me to a line where an agent would have spoken to me. After several rings the line said extension not valid and cut me off. Do not waste your time trying to get anything out of them
I have never struggled so much in my life to get a little help with a problem with their software!!! It is still not fixed. I am so frustrated at the moment
Probably THE worst service provider out there. They never have people helping. They just deactivated my acccount. Now I am sitting without my email address which means I am losing clients. They deactivated it but did not make sure it is with the new service providers first. REALLY REALLY do not use them. You will save yourself alot of frustration and money
I have never been so dissapointed in virgin. I am so happy with the gyms and Richard is my rolmodel. But the service I have received is terrible. I applied for the credit card and sent through all my documents. It took them really really long to work through. They phoned me several times confirming all the documents . The process was complete and they sebt me my card. I had to phone and get a pin in order to use. Which I did and they gave me a pin. After trying to use the card they said I had to FICA. To apply for the card I had to send all those documents. I told them it is on their system. The lady says she will escalate the querie to the FICA dept and they will phone me. More than a week later a had to phone again to find out what os going on and they tell me I have to go and FICA again. I am not happy woth this type of service. It took more than 2 months to get my card. And now still sitting with these.
