This insurance is useless, don't take their policy

This is insurance company is useless don't join it, ive been their member for years now under Smart Legal,.not even 1 case they solved, someone's owes me 70k and I asked them to help me to recover my money since November 2025, until today 10 April 2026 no process has been started,.stories after stories, sometimes they disappear for 2 months, its a mess while you pay for policy every month policy no DPP01875

SANI car rental is a ****

This company is a **** I rented their vehicle, it came back with damage, they forced me to pay full R16,142.66 damage amount, telling me that the insurance I took and extra super cover i paid for won't pay for this damage, its insane They refused to return my R8700 deposit and try to forcefully take another R7442 from my credit, people be careful these are ****mers.

At 1:32 am while I was sleeping there was a purchase of R7442 on my Capitec Credit Card in Kempton Park, how is that possible I had R4000 available balance on my credit, if it was me the transaction was going to reject and say insufficient funds, but on this *****ulent transaction Capitec allowed it why ?? I called them, im asking these questions they don't have answers, its so easy for *****sters at Capitec why

Capitec is ****mer and *****ster Someone taken my money R3379 from Capitec credit card, I called Capitec bank to inform them that they must return my money, it was returned Today the money was taken again, they saying the company that took my money insist, and i dont have any agreement with that company, what kind of ******* is that. Now im saying they must close my credit card immediately, they refusing to stop my credit card,.what kind of animal we are dealing with ??

Horrible and terrible service

You people are useless My wife needed urgent attention she was very sick on Saturday morning, I called many times even after hours number, was no response, i tried your app was not working. I needed a authorisation to go to the doctor urgently. Because of your poor service, she had a miscarriage its so sad 😢 And I asked my self what's a use of having your cover when we can't getting medical help when we need the most. This is my second complaints in 3 months, even the 1st one was not resolved.

Rude cashier at BP pick n pay randhart Alberton

This morning, I was buying food at your bp pick n pay randhart garage around 09h25, I was paying and ask the water price because at the shelve there wasn't a price, the lady by the name of Penelope Ntuli started on being rude and annoyed by my question asking for a price, i asked her why you are being rude and she started swearing at me, and calling me names and shouting and all customers in the shop could here that. I normally buy my food there almost every day, and I experience this barbaric behavior almost all the time, customer service at your shop is nonsensical, it seems like no shop manager on that garage One day around 2023 I reported at the manager on duty nothing happened. I will make sure I get the number for the owner of that service station, and make sure that lady is no longer working there, we can't have bullying serving customers. I work for one of the biggest petroleum company, we make sure that customers are served with respect .
