<p>I would like to thank Prime Properties especial Celine for the excellent support and excellent customer service.</p> <p>She also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the best property we were purchasing. She let me know all the important information regarding the best areas to look for in Newcastle. We relocated from Durban to Newcastle and we had little knowledge of the area and with her advice and superior customer service she manage to guide us through, and we will forever be grateful for her unconditional support and excellent service . <br /> She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and Prime Property staff for their speedy and efficient services. We were able to move in to our dream home within months and thanks to their attentive and alert presence. <p>On th 7th of November 2016 I bought a Samsung Microwave at Hifi Corp in Springfield Durban and had 10years warranty. On the 25th of March the same microwave had a problem and could not function. I then took it to Hifi Corp in Newcastle for a replacement or for repaires and unfortunately I lost the original receipts and they said I need to come back with bank statement because I used debit card to buy the product, and yes i did submit bank statement on the 26th of March 2017 to the repairs Dpt. Ever since they have been coming up with excusses not to repair OR replace the product as they have highlighted when i bought it. I have spoken to the deptmental staff, dept manager, i only told that the person handling the query is off, or systems are off line. I have asked to speak to the branch manager and with no luck, this morning i demanded to speak to the Branch Manager and she advised she is in a hurry to a meeting and will try and resolve the query when she comes back. Already its been two months without a microwave and these poeple failled to take me seriously. I have been in and out of the store and I lost count, even the security asked me, what is it that they cant fix or give you a new one and i had to explain to the security lady, Now i have opted to write my compliant on this page further more i will contact Cusumer Ombudsman together with my Lawyers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customers ...if you thinking of buying any product from this company ....please please and I am pleading with you DO NOT this is the type of service you will receive.</p> <p> </p> <p>Address: Victoria Rd, Hutten Heights, Newcastle, 2956<br />Phone: ********** </p>
