SCAMMERS !!
I wish I read these reviews before i Made the booking. SCAMMERS!! WHO WORK WITH BOOKONG.COM I booked with the deception of the advertised photos. pool and all. I call them and there is no pool, giving excuses that they are renovating and forgot to update their website!! I have not received my deposit after I cancelled due to false advertising . the guy who picks up the call lazarus, says I can't talk to the owner it's not allowed!! the emails I've sent he hasn't seen them! book at your own risk!! its scammers!!

They are all criminals!!
First made contact with them in March 2021. End of June mu issue not resolved. They charged me huge amounts for a service and are not willing to show me their charges for services they render. So they thumb suck charges and just load them onto you levies account. Then I had an insurance claim paid to their account!!! And 15 days later when I finally get hold of their boss Jason and I explain my two issues. He says they never responded to the charges query because the whole office had covid!!! Forbm 3 ****** long months!!! The office staff is trained to dogde and dive. The financial manager and accounts lady included. None of them responded to my emails. After being promised to come back to me by the same day. No service, no respect!! Trained liers,

somebody referred me and outsurance called me to beat my current car insurance. I was helped by one person even though the transaction went way over a week, either because I was in a area that had no network, or I didn't have all the necessary information. Big up to the guy who was helping me, Valentino Segelberg, I took my time in understanding the product they were offering and he always reminded me to go do my homework and not be under any pressure to take up a product without understanding. I'm very glad to say after all the calls, I took up their product and will be saving AND getting more for my money. things like car hire, scratch and dent cover and petrol when I'm stuc****

lack of customer service
<p>I bought a handbag at DMF in Alberton on Sat the 06th of May, the lady cashier did not have a name tag. i somehow left the plastic bag with my handbag inside.</p> <p>about five minutes later while walking around the mall i realised I didn't have my bag with me.</p> <p>I went back to shop to find my bag still on the counter WITH MY SLIP still there as well. when i took it the cashier turned around and says thank you!! thank you to what? Any one could have arrived at that counter, take my bag and slip to show to the security at the door.</p> <p>is it a special benefit to hand the slip and shopping bag to the customer after a purchase?</p> <p>i wanted to return the bag but the terms said they dont give cash back. the thought of going back to that place with a voucher just didn't excite me.</p> <p> </p> <p>DMF... custoner service needs some improvement at the Alberton branch </p>
