I submitted my claim on the 19th of April 2026 and was advised on the TAT, I never received feedback till I went over the advised time frame only now when I called I was told that the person handling my claim is in hospital. Which is weird that a company such as this does not have a proper handover process, I am utterly disgusted at the service I have received. If I hadn't called to follow up it means that I would still be in the dark.
I haven't had internet access since Monday evening, after numerous requests logged for assistance im still getting ignored. I lost an intire days work because i use Rain for work purposes. Your service is ****.
I requested for cancelation numerous times on my contracts with telkom, even stated that i wanted all the contracts canceled but that wasn't done, i was advised to give a calendars month notice which i have given. The agent advised that they will call back once they have investigated, whenever they call they tell me to do tje cancelation myself which is impossible as their system is ****. I need this matter resolved as i am not letting another debit order go off.
<p>I recently got a new Huawei Nova on the Telkom Free me contract on the 22nd of March 2017, i called the Customer Services Call Centre for them to assist with activating the sim, they then advised me it will take 24 to 48 hours for the sim to be active, till today the sim is not active, i called the call centre again on Friday they took down my details again as they did before and i spoke to a mananger by the name of Lethukuthula Magwaza who assured me the issue will be sorted, and to my surprise the sim is still not active, i spoke to another manager yestarday who assured me the very same thing but DOLOLO,. I then went to a telkom store and they still couldn't assist me. I paid for a service that im not recieving , because i know if i was the one recieving the service and not paying for it i would be listed with ITC, so i would like this issue to be sorted out, if not please refund me my money and collect your phone.</p>
