Terrible Service
I have never experienced such bad service then I have from Nick , does not respond to calls or messages,blue ticks after days but with no response we have to call him repeatedly and the service is shocking.Run

Harrack, USELESS USELESS
I would give them zero if I could Had an inspection done and it came out all clear did the air-con regas one day later it was not working took it back to them and was told the car needed to be booked in I said I would make an appointment as I left a whole lot of electronic warning signs came on from the parking brake to the Eps and tire monitoring when I asked to speak to the owner they gave me all sorts of excuses they told me he would call me back 30 minutes later he did not I went there I spoke to the lady there she told me he will see me soon I waited there for over half an hour and he was nowhere to be seen, worst place to go to worst service and their so-called technician couldn't even put in his spare tire back properly

AWESOME SERVICE LEXUS HATFIELD
<p>Many a times we use this forum and I myself too, for complaints but today I want to pass out the biggest compliment to Lexus Hatfield which is part of the Mcarthy Group</p> <p>I bought a used Audi A5 earlier this year and I received the most awesome service Heinrich and his team from day one and whatever minor major ptoblems that needed to be sorted out was dealt with timeously and efficiently and with the greatest courtesy</p> <p> </p> <p>my advice stay away from this private guys and go for a reputed brand like the McCarthy Group and Lexus Hatfield it will save you a lot of frustration and stress in life and money.</p> <p> </p> <p> thank you once again for the most amazing experience I had from any dealership and I have bought many cars in my time</p>
