I have loan with finchoice ,mobi money and the 24 months loan.I have written to them that I see I get charged R91 daily for 24 months loan and R4 for mobi money.I asked them to check this and come back to me but I just got a lame answer and this charges gets added daily and the charges do not appear on the statement but when I check my balance it goes up daily and I am really concerned about this ,if the charges were appearing on the statement then I would say this makes sense but I check my account daily fees are added without explanation and the service when u call is really bad.
I mistakenly made a payment of R5030 on the 14th of March and when I ask metrofibre to refund me ,they said that to process a refund takes 30 working days.i pleaded them with the company that I had bounced debit orders and I am kindly requesting they prioritize the refund and after alot of hustle. They told me that the refund was approved on the 18th March 2025 and the money would be in my account by the last Friday of this month.Today is the last Friday of March and the money is still not yet in and I tried to contact them and they said the finance department will reply me via email.i sent the finance department an email and they did not respond,I would like to understand why does it have to take 30 days to process the money that they received the same day .This policy of 30 working days is just too much because it's money that belongs to me and I have given them all the documents they required from me to process this refund.
King price insurance refuses to pay my car claim because of car track does not want to take responsibility of furnishing them with full accurate report of my VW Tcross car movements and also installing a 2016 SVR unit on my vehicle whereas i was owning a 2019 model. car track told me that the device was working when my husband got hijacked with my car in May and i had increased my premium to ensure that they maintain my device when it is faulty. Now they gave the insurance company different reports that the device was faulty then again it was working, Can someone please get someone who knows exactly and is willing to explain how that SVR device works.I have being paying cartarck for many years but only get a dissapointing service.
<p>Last night i bought pizza at debonairs in Maponya mall with Eft,they money went out from my account for payment and the slip did not come out so i was told that if the slip doesnt come out they are not sure whether the payment did go through or not,but i gave proof that the money indeed did go through by providing them with an sms,online bank statement and the balance before and after the transaction, but i was told that i need to get a bank statement from the atm to serve as proof that i made a payment and the problem can only be resolved the following day.so i asked if its the following day for the night what am i going to eat and whose going to bear the costs of my transport for going there and the following day when i come back and the bank statement.they told me that i must use cash to buy the pizza again inorder for me to eat for the night,i couldnt believe the service i got and with no solution what so ever .i had to go to panarottis to buy another pizza because at debonairs they took my money and refused to refund me or give me the pizza i ordered and when i asked for the manager the lady called Mirriam said she owns the shop and she is the manager there is nobody i can talk to .the money got reversed at 12 midnight but the service is just poor and i was given an i dont care attitude by the cashier who assisted me.im so angry with debonairs for allowing their workers to treat their customers like this,its really bad and i wont be going back ever in my life and i wouldnt advice people to go to debonairs in Maponya mall .its really dissapointing that you have to be interrogated like this for your own money and still not get the service.</p>
