Poor Service from Spur Jabulani Mall
Spur Jabulani Mall staff not professional and helpful and head office customer service to lay complain also not helpful and not resolving issues faced by customers. I made an online order and paid the order to Jabulani Spur and when I drove to the branch to go collect my food firstly the cashier did not help me and was not even keen to help me and later on some manager came and she failed and after few minutes they called the manager who called me "Chief" and told him not to call me "Chief " and gave my name also he could not see my order and continue to call me "Chief" after 40minutes of no help I then decided to go and as I was walking out the branch I called the head office number and was told to write an email. I did that same time after the call. After 3 days I received a response that the money was reversed back to my account.

Poor Customer Service
My tracker unit has not been working since March though tracker has been debiting my account and technician came to inspect and he could not finish the job because he told me he is going home for long weekend and i have to reschedule an appointment.

Best Service Received from the Shop
The branch in Trade Route Mall, was assisted by a professional lady and we took a ring for resize and we got a call to come collect and all went well.

Improperly built houses at Lufhereng ext 6
We are a group of house owners having concerns with the house builders which was approved by City of Johannesburg as well as National Housing Builders Registrations Council (NBBRC) at Lufhereng ext 6 and we have been engaging them and we not going anywhere and we decided to bring this to your attention so that you think twice before signing up with this Developer 1. There are 10 houses which are at the outline and not able to park even a car on both side of their houses for now we have not built a wall and we can squeeze a car on only one side of the house. 2. We have a Berm which has to be removed and the Developers (NDLU Housing Reg:3000179929) are not willing to do anything on it and this is causing problem as it is not safe, we cannot build a wall due to no space between the end of the yard and the berm and it will be better if we access our yard by driving from the backyard since the front has no space for a car to park. 3. The same Berm will also be a disadvantage when heavy rains comes since the houses where built in the lowest point/deep area where all waters will flow to the back/outline houses and get blocked by the Berm and we will drown/house will eventually flooded on heavy rains. Is it possible for a house owner who is paying full bond price not to have a space to park his/her own car inside the yard? Concerned Owners of Lufhereng ext 6

Quick delivery
Ordered some items and supposed to have been delivered a week later and surprisingly they were delivered a 3 days earlier than originally scheduled and that was an excellent service received from takealot

Partner drivers not treated fairly
Mr D Food drivers from Southern Suburbs and Lenasia are treated unfairly on the following 1. Charged R100 to change bank account 2. Not allowed to take a day off even a lunch break for both full time drivers (working from Monday to Sunday) and part time drivers (working from Thursday at 16h00pm till Sunday) 3. If you say you not feeling well for a day and can't make it to work you need to bring a doctor's note 4. Whatsapp group created and driver cannot send messages to the same group only Admin send messages and drivers only see them 5. No partnership between Drivers and Mr D in the specified branches.

Roelf and Karen are treating Mr D drivers unfairly and this are one of the few things 1. Charging drivers R100 to change account details such as one uses FNB then changing to Capitec 2. Charging penalties for "missing items" without proof of email from the customer 3. If you can't make it for work on Friday, you get suspended for the the weekend and meaning you can't make money as you get paid based on orders you made 4. Part time driver are mistreated and given very few orders 5.Roelf and Karen has favouritism e.g part time driver a has 1 month and driver b has 3 months.... Driver a gets full time and driver b still part time 6.Not all drivers have all required documentation especially non south Africans 7. Weekly Deductions for uniform were deducted without having the uniform and no refunds given 8. We get R50 Deductions for sanitizer 9. No respect from both Roelf and Karen on the whatsapp group And I have more and more to share

Registration fee Refund
Last year I went and registered by paying R500 for my two boys for this year Grade R and there is no way where it shows that the registration is non refundable and when I went to the school I met the owners and they told me it is non refundable and I asked them to show where is written as this was not communicated when I was paying last year. I send them email almost everyday and they do no respond.

Not taking full resposibilty regarding the damaged walls while installing buglars
<p>The company sent a person by the name of Willam to install buglars on the window and when i phone to check if William finished and he told that he slighlty damaged my walls while installing the buglar and he advised that he will sort it out and he has informed the office i then phoned Marie as she has been my point of contact and she told me that she is not aware of the damages and she will sort it out with William.</p> <p> </p> <p>Marie asked for pictures and i emailed the pictures and she arranged the date 07Mar17 to come fix and she phoned 07Mar17 at around 1000am -1030am advising that they cannot come and they will only do it tomorrow and they will only do polly filler and not paint as the company not taking responsibilty for painting on damaged walls and now i must arrange a person to come paint which will be cost to me after i paid more than R11000.00 for installation for the whole house.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that they are not caring anymore as labour money has been fully paid and now they damaged and they are not taking responsibilty. Bear in mind our house is in a complex and is not even a year old then meaning painting is ver new then if some part of the house is not the same is going to be very ugly</p>
